I care for my elderly mother who suffers from RA. She does pretty well for herself as far as bathing goes but the one thing she can no longer do is wash her own hair. Her arms are far too weak to do it. So I do it for her and this little gem has made it so much easier! There’s days when she doesn’t feel like even moving so she either skips her shower or she just freshens up and those are the days this is wonderful! It inflates easily and is very comfortable. It supports the head and neck so there’s no added pain for her. It’s easy to drain and keep clean as well.

This has been perfect for doing my clarifying apply cider vinegar soaks I like to do every few months. Inflated easily and was comfortable to rest my neck on while my hair soaked. Easy set up and easy clean up.

This shampoo basin has been a lifesaver for my little one who hates water getting in her eyes while washing her hair. I've also used it to wash out hair dye from my old boys hair. It's easy to set up and easy to store away.

We needed to use a towel to prevent the edges of the seams from rubbing uncomfortably against the skin. Towel inevitably got soaked and dripped a bit. Will need to find some other way to address the seams, but taking a knife to trim it seems a bit dangerous given that it's basically a balloon

When inflated, this is more sturdy than it seems like it would be, and the material is very durable and it doesn't leak, so far so good.I got this for re-twisting people's locs, this basin is just PERFECT for ACV soaks and deep cleaning before a re-twist! It's much better than having to do it in a sink or an uncomfortable bucket, and even more comfortable than the plastic basins, and more portable too. Be careful to not fill it too high and make a mess, I learned the hard way.I had no problems with leaking other than filling it too high that once, I don't really use the pump, I use a disposable plastic cup, so I can't say much about the pump.This is a worthwhile investment if you're a loctician or need to take care of a bed ridden person's hair, at 20 bucks how could you go wrong?

I've had a white version of one of these before, and whenever I used that it just kind of stuck out as feeling like a weird cheap product for some reason. Even though it was good, just having that white color for that one felt off, and with this one it feels more premium just from that black color even if it's a placebo effect. This thing was also super easy to inflate and get set up for use. Drainage was also quick and effortless as well. Overall just a great product!

I bought this for a client that is bedridden, it worked great but didn’t seem to drain out quick enough so used a cup to drain it. I would highly recommend it for someone that has difficulty getting out of bed to wash hair. We had 2 of us washing her hair. Didn’t get much water on the bed either
