This dovetail mounting base fits factory drilled holes on most Meade and Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes, allowing you to add a high-quality Orion aiming device for enhanced performance under the stars. Oval-shaped mounting holes with a spacing range of 0.75" - 1.55" make this dovetail base compatible with a wide variety of optical tubes. The dovetail base accepts the bracket of all Orion finder scopes and Orion EZ Finder reflex sights. A large knurled thumbscrew makes it easy to install and detach your Orion finder scope or reflex sight, even while wearing gloves.

Nice and sturdy bracked to fit my Orion guidescope to my C8
Nice and sturdy bracket, well made and fits nicely to my C8 OTA.Pricy though for what it is!

Fitted perfectly on my Celestron Evo 9.25" SCT.
No issues with fixing at all. I was able to use the screws from the telescope although it came with longer bolts too, presumably to accommodate other models of scope. It's a very solid mount. Shipping was from Europe and took a couple of days.Great purchase overall.
