Not an authorized seller!!
According to Gateway,Amozon is not an authorized seller!! so they do not honor the warranty from an Amazon bought product..After digging around I also figured out that Gateway also throttles down the CPU from 3.50ghz to 2.10ghz!! It lags on light use on 500gb broadband!! Also my usb ports and keyboard keys work intermittently ... good thing I bought extra insurance!!
