I am 250 pounds and the bar holds well it was easy to assemble and for what I paid you can’t beat the price I did connect to metal so I have to go to the hardware store and get bolts but that was not a problem for me.

Easy to assemble, easy to install. No movement or jiggle once it's installed. I did use my own lag bolts, because I didn't feel like the included ones were long enough.

This is a must have for every male ages 13 to 75. Tip for the ladies, if you ever date a guy and he doesn’t have one of these on his wall at his place turn back around and leave the premises as soon as you can!!!
