Works good
A little cheap/thin plastic so might not hold up long term but works great and was cheap.

Perfect thanks
I have a 2005 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and these fit perfectly. Despite the installation instructions online it was very easy. This was a great value!

Does not work on 2005 explorer
The lever fits on the spline to work the seat back but it is too wide to leave it attached and bolt the seat back into position, it hits the inside of the car. Attempting to do so damaged the spline part of the lever, rendering it useless. This piece is "L" shaped and in one direction, like in the picture with the long part of the lever up, lining up the spline, part of the plastic side of the seat doesn't allow the handle to sit flush against the seat. The other direction makes it work backwards. The original handles on a 2005 Explorer have just a long handle, not one that is "L" shaped.

Perfect replacement for my 2003 Ford Explorer
Stepped out of my Ford Explorer and heard something "clatter" on the ground. The lever handle had popped off the power seat control and unfortunately the inside plastic clips had broken. So no matter how many times I popped the darn thing back on it wouldn't stay. Very pleased to find this replacement for my 2003 Explorer. Attached this replacement in a minute and it holds securely. Color actually matched the car interior perfectly. As far as price, I would say that this probably costs less than a dollar to manufacture, however as with all replacement parts consumers pay an enormous mark-up. No way to operate those seat controls without a handle though. So I was pleased to come across this replacement.
