Im really disappointed!!!! This product was a life saver for a while but then it discounted and it started lagging!!! I tried to disconnect the device and reconnect but im not able to reconnect it again !!! I can’t control it by my phone anymore!!! You get excited at first for a bit then it gets messed up !!! Waste of money ! Not worth it .. ! It only worked for 2 months !!!! Maybe less

For the price you pay, you expect a machine without any faults. This does a good job, but I wouldn’t say it’s perfect.First, you have to change the bag frequently to prevent smells accumulating. That’s to be expected, no issue there. However, there’s a gap between the drum and the base where litter can slip in and accumulate below. It causes grinding when the drum needs to turn, and it leaves streaks along the side of the barrel.Moreover, I find a lot of urine has somehow pooled through on the bottom, below the drum and on the base. Some of it even leaks out onto the floor below.This leads me to cleaning. They’ve done a decent job of making the barrel accessible to be cleaned, but it’s still a chore. We have three cats, and we need to do it every week or ten days. Litter gets into every nook and cranny.I suggest tipping the rear end of the barrel over a toilet, removing the rubber stopper, and use the shataf to blast away all of the remaining gunk.A final note, the machine hasn’t leveled the litter evenly since the first time we had to clean it. Not sure why. It’s a good machine, just not worth the high price, and not as much of a time saver or life changer as it presents itself to be.

I have two cats, and I thought they would be scared to get in but they got in from the moment I opened the box and used it right away.

After 2 months, its getting a lot of issues now. The plastic inside is newly changed but still it stops on moving. There shouldnt be any hindrance with the weight since its newly changed but it still stops. Now I'm thinking to dispose it since it's giving me a headache instead of making me feel relax. Its a waste of money to be honest and there is no way to contact customer service.

Fast forward to two weeks. So far so good! I have 3 cats and they all loved it.

hello. the product was promised to use ionic sanitizer to eliminate the smell. i have tried numerous different litter to see which one will be better. none of them works and the ionic system fails.the bin flap doesn't close fully causing the smell coming out of the litter box.not recommended
