Unable to use product because needed to format the SD card prior to use, no instructions how to format card or options.As a result product "crashed" and had to be reset tried repeatedly to get the product to work with no luck. Returned Item.Recommendation buy different product not manufactured in China.

It not as good as I hope for lashing light wen you turn it on no plast cover on back screen I say second hand at best

Our church has a team on the street of our local town talking to and helping people who are living on the streets and or taking drugs. It is a risky undertaking and having this camera has added a layer of protection because it is a deterrent to some of the surprising abuse we sometimes come across when we are only there to provide help. The camera is light, the battery lasts for a long time which is really important, it is easy to operate and it works in low light. Switching off the playback screen while recording improves battery life as well. The resolution of the video is high to make sure all of the detail is captured and the microphones pick up all of the sounds around. We do have to be careful of privacy issues so clearing down the card after each evening is important but that is easily done too. What is a bit strange is that the charging port uses an extremely old-fashioned port type. A cable is supplied but this port type on the camera went obsolete years ago. The clip that enables the camera to be attached to clothing such as a jacket pocket, does get in the way of the playback screen but then you do not need the screen when using the clip. I was very pleased with the inclusion of a memory card. A good thought.

I purchased this camera for my Husband and unfortunately he has been very ill and we only opened it two days Ago. It is too complicated for his use and we dont have a lap top to set it up and most of the instructions are in Chinese. My son said he needs an easy one for him to operate. Would it be possible to have a credit note as we will not be able to use this one. I would appreciate it if you could come back to me and let me know the outcome. The media could not be loaded.  This is a body cam that would be useful for anyone in security. I have a reactive dog and I thought if I could wear a body cam to film our walks and see how he reacts by playing it back then it may be easier to help him overcome his reactivity. The theory is good but the problem is that the clip isn't designed to be at waist height or at least I assume that is the reason Every time I tried it the camera fell off I have tried the clip every which way and have even had the camera falling off the clip. The camera does work well it has a lot of buttons and I found the battery life a little disappointing. The 64gb TF card is a bonus and the video footage is decent quality the camera itself works fine I just wish it was more adaptable and had a stronger clip etc.
