We absolutely fell in love with this new home for our Hamster called Autumn 🍂 After taking her home for the first time she didn’t take long to explore her new home and we must say she loved it!!! There was plenty of space for her to roam around and play, absolutely recommend for your fluffy friend. Nice cage and made out of steel definitely built for these beautiful animals. Great width between bars, spacious glass space making it easier to find your friend, and was a very easy build! What more to say! Highly recommended! Perfect penthouse home! Great value for money!!! It’s pretty easy to assemble , very spacious , love the glass bottom so I’m able to see my Syrian playing , the depth is great for people to put their bedding deep so hamster could burrow , everything is great about this cage , the only fault I have is the size of wheel , it would be perfect for a dwarf hamster but for my Syrian he will grow bigger as just young and it will hurt his back if it’s this size but it’s a great addition to the cage aswell as the hideaway. Overall amazing purchase and worth every penny!

This cage is absolutely fantastic. The doors are really big, so it’s easy to rearrange things, change the sand bath etc for my hamster. The black bars make vision so much clearer than white or silver bars. I have just purchased a second one for our other hamster. Great cage. Thank you.

My two gerbils love this gerbil palace which is big enough for three or more gerbils. Unlike many other cages, it has a deep glass section at the bottom, which is important as gerbils love to dig and burrow. It is a little tricky to assemble and quite heavy, but well made. The doors allow great access for cleaning so I don’t think you need to take the cage apart each time. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because of the plastic things supplied with it. They are poor quality and gerbils ideally shouldn’t be given too much plastic stuff so I have not used them. Also the ladders are too slippery for gerbils’ feet, so I have had to use others. But these are easily fixable problems. Basically I highly recommend this cage!

I have a Syrian hamster, she's getting bigger so I thought I'd treat her to an early Christmas present.I used to have a smaller multicoloured cage which looked ugly in any room. It's playful for kids, but for adults you want something that goes with the furniture.The cage more or less comes made up. You just need to unfold the cage part. It slots in easy to the glass section.Pretty heavy because of the glass, but it's made good.The size is as advertised.I used some of the bedding and items from my old cage so that my hamster recognised the smell.She seems really happy and is running around collecting the cut up carrot I left her ad a wee treat.Over all really happy with this purchase. Yeah it's a bit pricey, but you pay for what you get.Would definitely recommend 😁

We chose this cage for our gerbil because it allows for some depth of burrowing, though as we wanted to put a minimum of 20cm depth of burrowing substrate, we had to DIY lots of bits of cardboard around the bottom bit of the wired top to stop the bedding from dropping out of the cage.Also, the wired top is extremely fiddly and does not hold together very well when removed from the bottom glass half - which needs to be done each time a thorough clean is required.Size wise, it's smaller than ideal for a pair of gerbils, but on balance it's better than all other cages sold as gerbil enclosures available at most pet shops.Also, forget about the bits which come with it: they are cheaply made and inappropriate. We replaced the wheel and nesting box for better quality ones, kept the water bottle for now - though it doesn't secure very well to the wires - and used the bowl for his sand bath instead of food, as we prefer to scatter his food around the cage.In summary, it's ok, but could be a lot better if a little more though/effort was put into it.

I was sceptical to buy this case because of some of the reviews but we haven't had any problems. It's a good size for our 2 jew gerbils and they've already dug lots of tunnels in the glass base area! Would recommend, much more interesting than others on the market. This was the larger of the 2 sizes. We took out the plastic house and plastic food bowl and replaced with non-plastic ones from pets at home

It doesn't come with all the accessories in the photos!!! But this is one mega hamster estate.I love that the shelves and ladders are metal and not wood - hamsters need wood to chew, but wood absorbs urine and regularly has to be replaced.The glass bottom container means that it takes a thick layer of material in which the hamster can dig to its heart's content - without it flying everywhere.You will need to add a lot of equipment to provide the hamster with enough activity.I've placed it onto a table which I also bought from Amazon and which has exactly the same measurements, as well as shelving underneath for food and wood shavings and lots more.
