Fantastic bands. They come in a black bag which is very convenient. Each band has its own strength. They are perfect for working the arms, legs, back. The whole body, really. There is also a booklet which has a series of helpful exercises.

Awesome resistance bands that I use daily. They work as supposed to and help my daily rehab/workout go well each day.

The bands seem pretty good so far, especially for as inexpensive as they were. The weights of them seem close to the Therabands my physical therapist has me use. So far they are fine. Time will tell how long they hold up. I didn't notice much of a smell, as some people complain about with exercise bands. Overall, for the price they are good.

It fits my target, and the quality is good too

The RENRANRING Resistance Bands set has a light, medium and heavy band and comes in a good quality drawstring bag with a good quality poster showing exercises to do with them. These are somewhat stronger bands than the one where I got physical therapy. I can do the same exercises, but they're also strong enough for non-PT exercises. My only complaint is the smell, which - while not that strong - isn't your regular rubber smell. I expect this odor will go away over time. These bands were an excellent deal, and I can't find anything to complain about. Great set, great price.

These were ok, but I realized I would rather have bands that are circular rings instead of one long piece. If that’s what you’re looking for, these are strong and long.

I was told by my Dr. Toby a set of these. That was a year ago and they still work just as well as the first time I used them.

Work great, they are what I expected, hopefully they last me a while!
