Good quality for the money

I order as replacement for my lights and it works as it should with no issues + another remote extra.

I was on the look out for a RGB LED controller to replace in a bubble tube which had a failed controller and was surprised how cheap these have become - for less than £6 including a remote (and battery!) this is super value - I'm a bit dubious as to whether this little controller can manage 2A per channel, particularly since it is USB powered which usually means a supply of 0.5A to maybe a max of 2.5A on USB-A. I need around 200mA max per channel so this is well within spec. The labelling could be better as I had to use a multimeter to figure out which was the common (anode) and then worked out that this was the arrow and the subsequent pins were G, R, B so just make sure if using a LED strip, the orientation is correct. The IR remote is the only way to check functionality and the receiver is built on to the module (no flying lead) so it needs to be mounted in line-of-sight of the controller - the whole unit is heatshrink wrapped anyway so it shouldn't be difficult to extend the IR receiver. Overall for a few quid it's a nice little LED controller with many uses.

In the advert and on the product itself it states 5v-24v. I bought this to power led light in a truck which is 24v. When plugged in it didn’t work. Then looked on the instructions and it says on there 12v only and never to connect to 24v

i have bought the wrong tye of controller box for my L E Ds and was not able to use it but it came in very high quality but unfortunately i wasent able to use it

This was a replacement part and worked straight off no problem with existing controller.

Make sure you have the right led lights because I didn’t plus the controller wasn’t very intact. Good for other purposes and lights.
