Really good Dosa Mix
This is an excellent Dosa mix. We love Dosa, but there is a little skill in making them. This is a good mix to use. I add my own masala mix to the powder as it is a. little bland on its own, and a mixture of half water, and half goats milk as we usually don't have curds or cows milk in the house. Make the batter plenty of time before you need to fry the Dosa, and like us, buy a good authentic Dosa pan. And you will have really good Dosa, enjoy :)

Good product
I'm giving it 4 stars as it is ready to make premix and very easy to use...... But it is not as good as authentic homemade dosas although tastes good!
