Purchased 8/25/18Product #26501 – Adult LegProduct Measurements: Length 32” / 81cm; Max. Circumference 27” / 69 cmBefore purchase, my boy’s leg + leg wrap measurements (coverage needed): Length 30” to cover the leg wrap for shower; widest circumference (top) is about 26” when wrapped around the leg.Since the product measurements were within this range I decided to give it a try even though it was on the little tight side for the circumference (the leg wrap’s top portion is sponge like material so you can compress it down a little…). ALSO THIS ONE DOESN’T HAVE THAT PLASTIC RING ON THE TOP LIKE OTHER ONES, IT ONLY HAS THE SILICONE PIECE so I guess that is how it will be able to accommodate the max circumference of 27”. So I ordered it.When it came, it was smaller than expected, however per the measurements, it was as described. We didn’t think it would work in length wise and thought that there was no way for the silicone opening was going to stretch wide enough to go over the widest 26” circumference. See pictures. BUT IT DID! THE LENGTH WAS LITTLE SHORT BUT IT ACTUALLY WENT OVER THE ENTIRE LEG WRAP UP TO HIS THIGH. IT WAS GOOD ENOUGH TO TAKE A SHOWR. So far we used it twice with no issues (no leaks). I just hope that it will lasts for another week until his follow up.Usage Experience:- It does take 2 people to put it on/ take off. Putting on is little challenging but taking it off is little easier. Be sure to pull the silicone and not the plastic!- The silicone stretches well but gets tight and leaves a red mark when taking long showers- Good material, seems strong. Hope the silicone (top section) stays in tacks and doesn’t rip or tear- Dries really fastIT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT IF IT WAS LITTLE LONGER! I purchased this one because other products I search all had that plastic ring.

The bag has a nice thick layer of plastic that doesn’t make your leg feel suffocated. Rather it feels like a safe space to keep the injured leg. It is also makes you feel safe with a non-slippery plastic. There is little to no worry about slipping while in the shower when the bag is on your hurt leg. This product is very water resistant as well. It makes you feel safe with the bag on your leg and eliminates the worries of getting your leg wet and damaging the cast or bandages.The layer of rubber at the top is top of the line quality. It is about 4 inches of rubber to insure that there is a nice seal. It gives your leg a nice squeeze to create the suction cup to keep the water out. But at the same time does not cut off circulation to the rest of the leg in the bag. This bag has great capability for fitting many different sizes of casts and bandages inside it. It is more a one size fits all as far as the height of an adult. It should fall anywhere between the top of the knee and the top of the thigh depending on height. The shape of the bag is a bonus as well, it is not a straight down shape but rather has the curve at the bottom to imitate a foot shape. When it comes to the removal of the bag from your leg there is always a worry of the bag not drying on the outside and keeping moisture trapped on the inside. This is not a worry if you leave the bag out and hung up after showering. The moisture dries quickly and will keep the bag fresh. There is no odor that forms in the bag from having your leg in it taking one less worry off the table. Overall this product has served others and myself in wondrous ways to help compensate for the injury that has already burdened our lives. This is what you need to make showering an easy task rather than an everyday struggle to go through.

Forget jury-rigging with a garbage bag and tape, cast protector is a life saver. Fortunately I only had to it for 3 weeks but it worked really well. The seal is quite tight on the leg and is very effective. It is tight enough that it would probably get pretty uncomfortable in an hour long bath for but 20 minutes or so it was just fine. I used it in a bathtub because I was non-weight bearing and couldn't hop into a shower. I put my leg right into the tub and never had a leak. I mostly keep the seal above the water line but it dipped down a number of times without leaking. I would be very confident the seal would be effective in a shower situation. Some condensation did build up on the inside so I slid it over the shaft of a golf club and stood it upside down. It dried out quite well and I never had any problem with mold or anything.Getting the tight opening over my cast was easier than I expected - it stretches open pretty well. I'm 6'3" with a large leg and a size 15 foot and it was not a problem at all. It seriously only took 10 or 15 seconds once I had my technique down.. (Even the first time only took 30 seconds, mostly because I was worried the rough fiberglass cast was going to wreck the rubber seal; it didn't.) I have socks that are harder to get on. The bag itself is VERY roomy and the length was more than adequate; It quite easily went up above my knee. If you have a walking boot that you aren't allowed to remove for some reason, it might be a struggle to stretch the seal opening over it. But for a cast up to the knee it was perfect.I was tempted to give it only 4 stars because I did have concerns about how well the seam at the foot end would hold up, especially if you were standing in a shower in it. But it worked fine for me with almost daily use in the tub and, given the reasonable Amazon price, I figure that you could buy a new one if your use was long and rough enough that you were wearing it out.

Excelente compra funciona perfecto, no entra una gota de agua, el tamaño perfecto para cubrir casi toda la pierna y la bota cabe perfectamente.

El producto lo recibí en la fecha prevista. Es un producto excelente. No se mojó la fibra de vidrio en lo absoluto. Lo recomendaría para cualquiera que llegue a necesitar cubrir un yeso o férula. El tamaño es perfecto. Como no soy muy alta, me quedó muy bien.

Funciona maravillosamente, no deja pasar ni una gotita de agua, pero si estás muy muy gordito puede que te apriete muchoen la pierna porque la goma de la boca es muy fuerte.

Mi mamá se quebró ambas muñecas y está fue la solución más práctica, quedan un poco ajustadas pero son todo lo que uno necesita, espero no comprarlas de nuevo 😅, la idea es no tener que usarlas! Pero si las necesitas son todo lo que necesitas
