HouYeenVVT Camshaft Solenoid Control Valve for Micra K13 Note E12 1.2 2013-2023

This is the second one of these that I have bought. The first one failed after only two weeks. It was fine during short journeys from my home to shops etc but failed during a 40 minute motorway drive from Glasgow to Ayr. I have yet to return the item (which has a one year warranty) so I don’t know what the return will be like. I did order a replacement from the same company for a couple of reasons first their price was competitive secondly they had the item in stock and lastly I could get next day prime delivery. I took the last one out and fitted the replacement. So far so good. It has performed well in town and I have had one longer run from Glasgow to Irvine and back and it performed well during that run so hopefully the first valve was just a rogue faulty one. I have only given 3 stars due to the fault with the first valve and the fact that this one has only been fitted for a couple of weeks.Ease of ordering. 5*Delivery. 5*Returns (can’t comment yet)Item itself 3* (replacement item So far so good but 3* based on first one failing on first long trip)

Had VVT solenoid done at a garage as a get you home repair, car ran but was still throwing faults and going into limp home mode. Replaced garage supplied VVT solenoid with this one and it was like having a new car 👍👍👍👍Fuel economy is back where it should be, idle no longer lumpy and NO MORE LIMP HOME MODE!
