These supplements come in a ‘flat’ plastic bottle that is 10.9cm tall by 7.9cm wide and is 2.2cm thick. Unfortunately there is no resin ID number or any other indicators on the bottle to suggest what type of plastic it is, so I can not comment upon how easy it will be to recycle.I personally prefer this style of bottle, because if you take multiple tablets, you can store them side on, like books in a bookcase, without any wasted space. The shape also means they will fit through your letterbox easily, which makes ordering online easier. I just wish they would put a label on the side, like they do on the spine of a book, so that if stored this way, you can easily tell what the bottle contains.The lid does not have a childproof lock, so is easy to pop off. The inner seal is a lot more difficult to remove, and I had to resort to pushing scissors through it in order to break it.The capsules are 2.1cm long and have a diameter of 7mm. They are an easy to swallow shape, and should be fine for most people.According to the directions, the dosage is 1 capsule to be take up to 3 times daily, with water and preferably food. This means that as the bottle contains 90 capsules, there should be enough to last approximately one to three months (30 to 90 days).Each capsule is said to typically contain 416mg Green Tea Extract. Providing: Polyphenols = 220mg, Catechins = 146mg, EGCG = 79mg, Caffeine = 25mg.According to the label the other ingredients are: Green Tea Leaf Extract, Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Anti-Caking Agents: (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).These supplements are said to be manufactured in the UK and are suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans. They are not recommended for children or pregnant women.The bottle I received had a best before date of 18 months from the time I received it.In conclusion, it is always hard to recommend supplements, because what works for one may not work for another, and many of the benefits are only said to occur after taking them for long term. I am using these supplements to see if they can help me with my prostate as I am experiencing an enlarged prostate at the moment (quite common for men over 50) although green tea extract has many other benefits such as being a powerful antioxidant amongst a range of benefits.Apparently the polyphenols are absorbed by the prostate and can help to ease signs of BPH and the symptoms that come with it. I have used conventional treatment (prescription medicine) and whilst it eased some symptoms it left me feeling very tired so I want to try a more natural approach and using green tea as well as some other supplements that can help makes sense with no known side effects.Here we have the Swiss Bioenergetics brand of green tea extract which has a good amount in mg of green tea containing polyphenols, catechins and EGCC as well as naturally occuring caffeine.Research for yourself the benefits of taking a regular green tea extract and see if these are something that could help you on your way to better health and at a price of just under £10 at time of review for 90 capsules which if taken at 3 capsules per day (1 capsule 3 times a day preferably taken with food to aid absorption) then you'll have a months supply. Compared to other manufacturers and sellers these are reasonably priced in my opinion although you can get higher strength these are still a good strength for daily use.As with all supplements always check with your healthcare provider before taking especially if you're taking regular medication and/or have a medical condition. These aren't recommended for pregnant women or children.The manufacturer also has their own website and app which gives me more confidence that I'm using a supplement from a reputable company.These supplements arrived in a sealed container with a best before date and batch number printed on the bottom of the plastic slimline container with an easy flip off cap.The capsule size is about the same size as a regular painkiller with no taste so they're easy to swallow.Good value and worth taking a green tea supplement every day for their beneficial properties.

I bought these for weight loss objective. However, it immediately upset my stomach and honestly I didn’t see much of results taking it. Won’t buy again.

I've been taking green tea extract supplements for months now, before these was a different brand. Each time I've used them I cannot feel any difference at all and still feel as exhausted as ever. As for weight loss benefits, I'm in a calorie deficit anyway and do yoga daily so who knows if these contribute at all!

These green tea extract supplements arrived packed in a small, slim plastic container- easily posted through the letterbox.The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I find that there is no smell to them and once taken, there is no after- taste at all.Green tea has a reputation as an excellent supplier of antioxidants, and these capsules are a good way to reap the benefits of that in an easy and convenient way. I was mildly surprised that the capsules aren’t green, but then thinking about it, it might be rather suspicious if they actually were. These are a sandy colour.The description of the capsules says they are manufactured in the Uk and they are suitable for vegetarians. I have tried other supplements from this manufacturer and have had no problems with them.There are 90 capsules in the pack and the recommendation is to take 1 to 3 a day with food so these will last for a month if you are taking 3 a day, 3 months if you wanted to start with a minimum dose.Priced at just under £6.50 at the time of writing this review, I think they are very reasonably priced and I recommend them as a good purchase.
