I didn’t buy this for a cigarette lighter. I bought it to hold a small knife & to keep the knife attached to my purse for ease of use. The holder is quality leather & stitching is very good too. Vendor shipped quick & description was exact.

Just got it and put my lighter into it. I was admiring the leather patina and noticed that the stitching is already ripped/broken. Not a huge problem for me as I can restitch it with waxed thread. But for anyone else, be aware of this. It’s very thin thread, and it isn’t waxed. For the price of this little holder you would hope that something as inexpensive as thread would be a tad higher quality. I’m not sure if I could recommend this because of that issue. It shouldn’t fail after only inserting a lighter. Poor design. Other than that the leather is very beautiful, the lighter fits well, and the key ring is very nice. But without decent thread none of that will matter long term.

At first, it's a tight fit. it took me 2-3 days to stretch the leather enough that I can ease a BIC lighter in and out of the sleeve. Very well made. Yes, would recommend this item to my friends.
