Amazing product, this cut my heal time by so much. I think within two weeks my face didn't even look like I had anything done. Whem i went ot follow up the doctor had to look at her notes cause my skin looked so smooth she asked what i used and i mentioned tbis product and she said shed look into it for her patienta cause my skin looks great. The scarring was minimized to not even noticeable so I love this.

I ordered these for a big surgery I had and took them as directed. Easy to swallow, no weird tastes and I found them to be very effective. When I walked into my post op appointment wearing my normal jeans and my bruising already going down, the doctor and his assistant were very impressed. I would (and have) recommended this to family and friends having surgery. This company & product were recommended by a micro vascular surgeon, before a procedure, years ago. I was astounded by the acceleration of my healing. Nice variety kit, pretty thorough spread. You likely already have ice packs which are fine but these even feel like a little elevated? Anyway, this makes me think it'd make a pretty good care kit for someone. Especially a cosmetic procedure, arnica pills are often regarded as psuedo-sci/homeopathic placebo effect at best/no effect at worst BUT my doctor recommended them many years ago for the last and only large surgery I've had and I did heal up very well. Of course, absolutely no evidence to say it was due to those pills BUT I personally would definitely use it again to rather be safe than sorry As per the value for product here, I'm not familiar with the market or comparision buying separately but if you're gifting this certainly is a better looking bundle than just a drugstore run for various pills. I can definitely say the arnica gel I bought for the procedure ~8 years ago is still in my cabinet and the size of this one is quite small. I am guessing this is aimed towards cosmetic procedures/plastic surgeries without pigeonholing itself
