This is a great home phone. Since I am an AT&T landline customer, this phone fits right in. The call blocking feature is great. You set it so that it screens calls that are not part of your directory, You have to set up your directory for your frequent callers. Great device.

Good Value! This is my second AT&T phone and answering machine. It basically is the same model replacing the one I've had for 15+ years so didn't have to deal with a lot of changes. It is the best value for the money AND it has a quick start up guide AND a book! The seller sent it promptly and it works great!

I bought this phone set for a friend who has dementia. The big flaw is that the middle button blocks the person who is calling!!! I had to put a bright sticker over that button that said “no!” The delete button should be a small button, put elsewhere, not front and center. Other than that the phone works well and is reasonably priced.

Easy to read display. Easy set up for elderly parents.

Straightforward to set up an use. In use for 18 months, so far no problems. Just once one handset lost contact with base, fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting battery. Sound is fine. Easy to use buttons. Large number of directory entries (1000). Good price comparatively. Some minor areas of improvement: 1. Info given by machine re: messages (e.g. "you have x number of messages") too loud (male voice), cannot be turned down or off 2. Handsets do not sit securely in their cradle, can be easily knocked over 3. To indicate new messages there's just one solid small red light on base, nothing on handsets

The battery's never charge all the way so it don't stay charged long when off base .

I am marking this phone down to one star. The entire reason i bought the phone, call blocking is flawed. On a long phone call with one of the cordless phones, it will think the call is a new call and announce the incoming call several minutes into the call, asking for your name and asking you to hit pound. It will then go into voicemail/ This is all during your ongoing phone call. After it is setup, the call blocking to spammers does work fairly well. As i said earlier, the interface is garbage and not made for a human who has used any other phone. The phone call quality is reasonably good. Unfortunately land lines are a dying industry and this phone is half baked. I don't think they care if this a good phone or not, and they want you to use a cell phone. I don't recommend this product without them fixing the call blocking feature interrupting phone calls. Original Reviews: The phone works fine, and is functional. My issue is that the user interface is terrible and the control layout is terrible. The call blocking is the standout feature. However they put the call blocking button in the middle of the arrow keys instead of the menu or enter key. The layout is designed for marketing instead of usefulness. My parents have a hard time with the phone even though it us very similar to the previous phone except for the control layout. I am a tech person and I found the interface awkward at best.

la calidad de los materiales es buen, quizás no lo mejor, pero por el precio están más que bien, funcionan a la perfección

Muy utiles por si tienes problemas con llamadas a cualquier hora de numeros desconocidos, si eres de habla inglesa esta super exelente, si hablas español tambien es muy util, solo que las voces del contestador automatico o del contestador que intercepta las llamadas desconocidas estan en ingles, pero eso no limita mucho el telefono. Ademas de que son muy bonitos y esteticos, son de buena calidad. La calidad del audio se me hace regular como cualquier telefono inalambrico. La bateria parece que dura bastante si estas realizando una llamada larga.

Perfectos para bloquear llamadas. Gracias a un familiar de esos incumplidos que nos dejó de referencia el banco marcaba a todas horas y todos los días, era nefasto e insoportable, la solución son estos telefonos de At&t, bloquea hasta 1000 numeros, y de manera sencilla, ya he tenido otro modelo pero con la misma función y misma marca y de verdad es la mejor compra, después de bloquear muchos telefonos, llega el momento que supongo que el banco realmente te da de baja y no te vuelven a marcar (porque aunque les digas que no vive ahí o lo que sea y que te den de baja no lo hacen y siguen marcando). Así que santo remedio, después de un par de meses no vuelven a marcar jamás, lo recomiendo al 100%. Lo único por lo que yo no le pongo 5 estrellas a este modelo en concreto es que las teclas estan pintadas sobre la tecla y en algun momento se van a despintar, espero que pase mucho antes de que suceda. sin embargo valen mucho la pena (Tengo otro modelo que la tecla es plastico transparente y la pintura esta debajo de la tecla haciendo imposible que se llegue a despintar, solño que estaban mas caros y estos me salieron a muy buen precio).
