Most kits produced by this brand are workable.This "trauma kit" couldn't be further from appropriate.The description includes:"[h]ave the tools you need to stop bleeding wherever you go" and"[t]he trauma pack contains nitrile gloves for personal protection, trauma dressing and a tourniquet to control severe bleeding."This kit contains a constricting band, NOT a tourniquet - as other reviewers have mentioned, this constricting band is what a medical professional would use for a blood draw or an IV insertion, NOT for severe hemorrhage control. This is wholly inappropriate and, frankly, dangerous. Should an unwitting customer pull this kit out in a critical situation, they would be better off trying to re-deploy the zipper pulls as a tourniquet.The remainder of the kit is paltry. There's a reason the description touts the lightweight; yes, since there's hardly anything in it. A few single gauzes, a few single-dose OTC meds, and a couple of band-aids round out this "kit."Stay away.

Not a bad bag overall, but comes with a tourniquet like what is used when drawing blood - insufficient for emergency bleeding. Had to supplement with one of my other tourniquets.
