I have been taking coq10 for a long while.CoQ10 is one of the more established suplimentsThis adds black pepper which in some studies it theoretically increases absorptionI notice no issues with taking. Benefits of CoQ10 aren't an immediately apparant or readily attributable.I will continue taking Coq10 and include this brand in my selections when I need some for best pricing of what I trust.

Seems like a good brand and value for Coq-10. I have not noticed any side effects and feel great taking coq-10 knowing all the benefits it can have in different organs. Coq-10 is a fat soluble vitamin. This particular brand doesn't have any fat included with it so I try to eat it with meals as recommended by the directions on the back of the bottle. The expiration for the bottle I received is about a year and a half out. With the serving size being 1 capsule and the bottle containing 90 this feels like a great value at the current price of about 17 dollars.

Good product, will be purchasing again. My husband has a hard time swallowing pills and these go down easy even though they are on the larger size. We recommend them!

not sure if its my body or health, but im in good shape and have taken co q 10 alot in the past. took this for two days and it messed me up each time. threw the bottle away because thats not right. it made me shaky, nausea, problems focusing eye sight, among others. it eas like drinking a crap ton of coffee without the caffiene side affects or energy.

Many news stories, including recently, have highlighted very poor quality of many supplements.I researched TNVitamins. It appears that they are part of a network of companies, which market and manufacture supplements here in the U.S.A.. Normally I like larger companies that manufacture their own products. TNVitamins has a number of other products on Amazon that have a lot of reviews, and they have high ratings. That is good too, but in this case I found that some of the sister companies have been accused of behavior that is far beyond what is acceptable to me. Everybody should do their own research to see if this is a problem by your judgement.

I'm taking these for heart health benefits. It's one of those long term things that I hope helps keep me healthier. Like most supplements I can't really tell if it's working but I'm happy with the ingredients. It includes black pepper that helps with absorption. It is easy to swallow and has a tolerable taste. I like that is a 3 month supply. Just need to check to ingredients to avoid any reactions along with serving suggestion and it feels like an easy routine addition.I have not had any reactions, but I have noticed that I tend to burp when taking it with grease food. No after effects positive or negative within the 2 weeks I have used it.
