HPC6615DE 15 Large Original Ink Cartridge, Black, Single Pack

Contacted by telephone to let me know that original HP78 cartridge not available but would send a replacement which they did..sent two for price of one.Arrived quickly but unfortunately cartridge caused 'ghosting ' so unsuitable for my illustrative work. Hunt goes on but absolutely no complaints re the company who did their best to find an alternative for me. Further to my assessment I was advised by the seller to try the second cartridge that that they had sent. It worked perfectly and they are sending a free replacement for the other one...and are paying for postage. Can't get better service than that. definitely recommend this family run business. Knocks HP into a hat for service and follow up.

I was given a second hand HP deskjet by my Dad, its a 950C. Its a great little printer and is capable of photo-quality prints and the usual inkjet output. I had been using Printerinks recycled cartridges for over 6 years as you could buy 4 or 5 times the amount of ink for a branded cartridge. Everything was fine.Then for no reason Printerinks decided to change their ink and do a re-brand of their products. The result? Cartridges that don't work at all and in fact leak ink everywhere. At first I thought it was my poor old printer and old printer heads.I decided to buy a 'proper' branded HP cartridge just to see if the printer could work and hey presto - perfect prints. I still have a Printerink black cartridge in there and thats being a pain now as the ink isn't working correctly. Sorry Printerinks if you change your ink and try to rip off customers you'll find they won't shop with you and go look elsewhere.I'm sticking to HP from now on, even though most of the printing I do is for Cub Scouts [which is a charity] I think its better to pay for quality and know what you're getting. Perfect printing, fine clean colour that lasts. The cartridge I bought in August last year and lasted 5 months.Its black and white really, don't get into the murky grey world of dodgy refilled cartridges by Printerinks!

A good solid ink cartridge that produces nice carbon-rich pigment ink. Ideal if, like me, you use the prints in a thermal copier. Pricey, but then all ink cartridges are these days.The downside is that many of the sellers are selling expired ink cartridges! I bought one in January 2019, & the cartridge I received had an expiry date of July 2013! The seller had coincidentally placed their own barcode sticker over the expiry date.So make sure you check the expiry, it should be on the bottom right corner of the back of the box. (It's not on the cartridge or the plastic bag, so if the cartridge is being sold without the box then it's probably expired.)At the current prices it's worth checking the expiry date with the seller before buying.

The cartridge was delivered ahead of schedule. The date codes are at least 12 months ahead, so it should be OK as a "stand by" when the current cartridge runs out.At the same time I ordered a HP45 black cartridge. This arrived in the same parcel as the colour cartridge, but the date code was four and a half years out of date, so I returned it for a refund

I was a bit concerned. This product was at least £10 cheaper than I could get it anywhere else (and for some shops Amazon was nearly £20 cheaper). I took the risk that I might somehow be getting an inferior product - and I am so pleased I did. The item arrived in full original HP packaging, slotted into my printer - and it works. I have been without colour on my printer for over a year - somehow never getting around to trying this out. I feel pretty stupid - but pleased I have finally found a good cheaper source of cartridges.

Selling page says C6615DE. The cartridge supplied was C6615D inside an outer (in French) which said C6615DE, which is what It thought I'd ordered.This may not matter but its age might.The HP outer was the older orange coloured, not the newer green as shown in the photo and the date of manufacture was in 2005!!The HP outer had warnings about using the cartridge in 5 months!A tad difficult when it was already over 8 years old.It's been my practice to but a cartridge as I replace the last one so that I always have one on the shelf.I'm so uncertain that this one may have dried out that I'm off to buy a genuine HP brand new C6615DE just in case it's a dud.A bargain ain't a bargain if it doesn't work .... we'll see...

I was a bit dubious as to whether this was a genuine HP cartridge when it arrived as my printer will only work properly with the genuine ones. Pleased to say it works well and cost a lot less than elsewhere.

Delivered within two days, very helpful, excellent service. Highly recommended.
