I love this watch just the right size, has day and date which is why I bought it. Good strap as well.

This is a nice, classic ladies watch. The face is generally clear although as I'm rather short-sighted I do tend to keep mistaking the date for a hand and thinking it's quarter past the hour all the time as a result. With hindsight, a watch without a date might have been a better choice! Another plus is the fact that the watch strap is long enough. I don't have skinny wrists and watch straps tend to be tight for me, so I was glad that this had room to spare - I think some reviews gave a different impression but I can't see why.

Firstly, this watch is less than £40. Do not expect to get a high quality automatic watch!My elderly mother wanted a watch that's easy to read, has the date and day, and isn't digital. You'd be surprised at the lack of choice with those criteria.Even though she could afford a more expensive one, this meets her needs and looks smart on her.I'm going to replace the strap because it's stiff and nasty, but that's only going to cost a tenner.If you want a ladies watch that is easy to read, has the date and day, and isn't digital, then give it a go. It's a bargain.

I bought the watch for me as an everyday item. I am very happy with the watch part of it which is easy to read and keeps accurate time.I am disappointed with the watch strap. The leather was hard so did not sit well on my wrist. One of the loops to put the strap through broke within two weeks. The black colour has worn off and left purple showing through the black.
