Matched it up to a woodpeckers square and it lines up almost perfectly. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate if your looking for an accurate square without breaking the bank

This square is great and it's a fraction of the cost of the Woodpecker brand, great starter square until you become a Woodpecker snob...LOL!

This square is a useful option to more expensive versions. My only issue with it is the way the outside ruler markings and the inside markings line up. The outside markings, which allow you to measure from the bottom of the square do not line up with the markings on the inside of the square. That means that if you’re not paying attention you could mark 6” on one side and mistakenly select the 6” on the inside thinking they are the same distance, but in fact the inside differs by about 3/16” of an inch. The name brand version of this doesn’t have that problem. Otherwise, it’s square and that may be all you need.

Has all the functionality of a look-alike, very expensive brand! Extremely accurate, edge support and more! I can’t imagine anyone not being totally happy with this square!

It is not as accurate as it claims to be. Should not be used for precision work.

If you get this item and it is off exchange it. I checked mine with 3 known square measurement items and it is perfect for woodworking. If you need it for .0001 of an inch this tool isn't for you.
