This is just what I needed to warm sore muscles in my back. I heat it in the microwave for 55 seconds and it maintains warmth for well over 1/2 hour. The lavender scent is very subtle.

An excellent heating pad. I have not used it as a cold compress.

It heats up quickly in the microwave, delivering relief right when you need it.My only reason for not giving it a perfect 5 stars is the critical importance of heating time. While it's efficient, it's crucial to follow the instructions precisely to avoid overheating, which some users have reported can lead to issues. Also, for larger areas, the 6x12 size might feel a bit small, but for targeted relief, it's excellent. Despite these minor points, it's a valuable addition to my self-care routine.

Bought so I could apply heat to my back. Does the job and I don’t have to worry about it being connected to electricity. I can also adjust warmth by increasing or decreasing the amount of seconds in the microwave. Would definitely recommend

Good weight, and easy to use but it doesn’t hold heat nearly as well as is hoped. I remember back in the day my mom had one filled with some sort of bean and that thing held heat for half an hour at least. This thing goes cold in 5-7 minutes. For $10 and next day delivery it’s going to work in a pinch, but I see myself replacing this one with a better one soon.

Love this heating pack. Has a very nice small and the fabric is nice. I love the size and it works great for pain relief.

They are a bit small but they do get nice and warm in less than 2 minutes!!!
