Bye by wool, hello boars hair!!
I have been a proponant of hand washing my cars for almost 20 years. I have never taken any car through the car wash. That means Im very picky about the products I use on my car. I get most if not all my gear from specific detailing companies. For the past 10 years I have been using only high quality wool mitts to wash my car. Once in a while I would try something new that came along like microfiber mitts but I would always return to my wool.I was in the detail bay of my dealership and I was watching what they use to clean the cars, and there was not one wool mitt to be found. I had a good conversation with the owner of the detail company and he brought up some interesting points about wool. First and most important, they trap dirt! I was taken back by what he said but then when I thought about it, he was right. The point of the hairs in the wool is to grab the dirt off the paint. The thing is, when you put it in the wash bucket, the hairs dont always let the dirt go, they hang on to it. I dont know why I never thought of this before and it made complete sense. There have been times that I have inspected my mitt and found myself plucking little pieces of leaf or something out but I just blew it off. The other things are over time the inside leather(skin?) starts to get hard and doesnt soften up so quickly. If you dont dry it properly it can get a bit moldy and smelly as well. The detailer told me all they use are boars hair brushes because they last a very long time and when you put it in the bucket of water the dirt falls right off the tips of the hair. Brilliant!I ordered this brush up right away and couldnt wait to use it. First thing I noticed was the quality of the brush and I liked the rubber bumper guard that would protect my paint in the case that the brush slipped out of my hand. I was worried that the brush wouldnt hold any water as it would slip out of between the packs of hair. Apparently the hairs are so densly packed that they held a lot of water actually.Upon the first pass over the paint I realized how much quicker I was going to get through washing my car. No more chaning mitts for the lower half of the car or flipping over and over to keep the suds going. The brush felt like it was floating over the paint(which I liked) but was actually cleaning the car because I could see the dirt falling off the brush in the water. Pushing down on the brush flattened the hairs enough to get into the cracks and around the door handles. The only thing was if you have a spot or two of tar or bird poop you might have to make several passes or get out a sponge to actually work that area itself, the brush doesnt apply too much pressure so its more of a top coat cleaner. If you have a heavily soiled car you might have to wash it several times if you are using the brush. This is where a mitt would come in more handy as you can apply direct pressure. Then again, putting more pressure on the paint would create swirls so its a no win situation.I actually removed the telescoping handle as I was quicker and more precise holding the brush in my hand. I really like this brush and confidently suggest it to anyone who has never used one before. You might never use a sponge or mitt again.

Do not buy!!
I only used it once and it worked very well. The second time I try to use it it turned on and I started doing my hair and it just turned off mid hair and it never turned back on again honestly, not worth it I tried troubleshooting it nothing worked. I reached out to Amazon to request for a new one and they told me they couldn’t send me a new one, so don’t waste your time or your money

CHEMICAL FREE STRAIGHTENING
I haven't used chemical relaxers in over 15 years, yet I wanted a change from my natural hair. Using this product has been the perfect answer. After washing and air or blow drying my hair, a couple of passes with this brush leaves my hair straight and very easy to style. The straightening lasts a long time, so you do not have to worry about using heat every day to achieve the straightened effect. My hair is fine textured, so a low heat setting works great without causing damage . Not having a cord to deal with also makes using the brush easy and safe. Overall a very good buy!

Gets the Job Done
Overall I really like this thing. Great price point. Heats quickly and works effectively. I like to air dry my hair, which has a bit of natural wave. Once dry I run this heated brush through my hair to straighten, and it does a decent job. Doesn’t get my hair stick straight. If I want stick straight I use a traditional flat iron. But it’s straight enough, kind of beachy straight in 5 mins or less. Compared to more pricey competitor model I liked that it had more temperature options. Maybe it weighs more but it doesn’t bother me at all. Only down side is the battery life. I can only use it two times for 5 mins and it needs to be charged before using it again. Also can’t use it while it’s charging. Taking off 1 star for that reason.

Portable and works!
My hair is naturally curly and always frizzes by the end of the day or instantly when it's humid or damp outside . This compact straightener is perfect to fit in my purse and run to the bathroom or car to flatten out the frizz! It heats up fast and comes with a pouch to place in after I use it. The price is great and so is the brush! I highly recommend it.

Quit working
Used a handful of times. Quit working if charge was less than 50% then quit working all together. Literally threw in the trash because it wouldn’t turn on after a full charge.

Loved it, but so sad 😞
Lasted 6 months. Great straightener at first, but about a week ago started noticing it not heating all the way. Now, it shows the correct temperature and is cold to the touch. No more heat😔 Great temporary, but don’t buy for longevity. I had to go back to using a lesser straightener, doesn’t work as good but my old POS at least still works

Pleasantly surprised until I shut it off
As someone with thick, wavy hair and needs high heat - I had doubts. Although it doesn't save me any time (i have to do smaller sections than my corded straightener), this was nice to use! Yes - it's a bit heavy, but no worse than any other corded straightener. I didn't mind it.You do have to keep tension on your hair (something I don't need to do as much with my plate straightener), so I think I shed more with this just by having to pull my hair straight to run it through the brush. The plates get my hair flatter for sure, but this is a nice alternative - especially for touch ups.I ultimately had to return it because it emits a (very quiet) high-pitched whine at ALL TIMES. I heard it while it was charging and figured it would stop when it was off and unplugged. Nope! If you're sensitive to sounds, this is probably not good for you.
