This dancing cactus has taken our household over by storm! Our toddlers have spent a lot of time with this cactus and it’s held up pretty well… So far we’ve only had one issue where some of the stitching on the side has popped open which we just fixed up. Outside that it’s been 100% functional and gets use every day. It dances, it plays music, it moves and it repeats after you! Surprising amount of different songs as well. Great fun and value! I would recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  This toy is great! It repeats sounds and noises your little one makes, however sometimes it’s a little muffled. Also, you can tell it’s made in China by the tunes and music it plays. It requires 3 AA batteries and a small screw driver to open it. There are two modes, “Dance & Run.” The Dance mode simply keeps the toy still with the cactus only moving and the run mode has the whole toy and cactus moving. Overall, it’s a fun toy that keeps my 4.5 month old occupied.

This dancing cactus toy is ideal for babies, it includes dancing and singing functions. It emits rhythmic lights of flashing colors. The material with which it is made is plush and is a soft and comfortable non-toxic material for babies and children. This toy will definitely be able to stimulate your baby's senses by boosting its development. Uses 3 AA batteries and they are very easy to remove and place, you just have to remove the screw with a screwdriver in the part of the base. The power switch is located at the base and to start the fun you just have to press the red button that is in front.

File this in the category of “regrettable purchases as a parent”. Don’t get me wrong, my kids (4yo and 6yo) LOVE this new addition and will spend plenty of time shouting at it and making it dance and repeat funny sounds/phrases. I wish there was a way to lower the volume on it – it’s loud – and it would be better if it mimicked sounds back at a higher pitch/faster than it does as I think would be funnier that way. That said, it definitely livens up the mood and brings on the laughs!

When this dancing cactus arrived, it changed the game!The kiddos love dancing with it or following it around the room. The cactus has about ten prerecorded songs-all are different genres. Similar to the old version, you can change the setting on the bottom of the cactus so that it imitates the sounds in the room.The cactus is battery operated (it doesn’t come with batteries), and they are easy to install. The battery housing unit is on the bottom and can withhold a lot of wear and tear.This is a fun and interactive toy; you can’t go wrong with this in your classroom or at home.

I love how it walks around, and when it finds a surface it cannot cross or bumps into, it turns and changes direction. Truly such a fun and silly toy! :)
