Poor quality coupled with missing parts make this a disappointing purchase.
The fan came without installation instructions. Luckily I have installed many ceiling fans, so I was able to proceed until I realized that the fan did not come with the screws needed to mount the light fixture to the fan. After a trip to the hardware store, I had the needed screws, but I had to paint them to match the fan. I had to make a another trip to the store once the installation was complete and I discovered that standard candelabra bulbs will not fit it. An installation manual would have (hopefully) given that information and saved me the additional trip. Finally, the fan did not come with the control chain extensions shown in the pictures of the product. That will require an additional outlay of time and money.Once installed, the fan runs fine and looks good, but overall, I was disappointed in how flimsy the fan is. For the money, I expected a more heavy duty construction.All-in-all, I recommend against purchasing this fan and plan to never buy another fan from this manufacturer.

The fan motor came broken.
We couldn't install the fan within the return deadline, and when we finally put it up, the fan doesn't work. It's attractive, but not a great design. The pull chains come through a hole in the glass globe, wearing against the thin glass.
