I love this item. Perfect size. And no assembly! Just open the package, stand and zip! Amazing! Provides a good amount of storage space, looks great, and no one would know it was a safe unless you tell them. I actually purchased 2 additional ones in pink for my daughter’s college dorm room.

First of all, it is very cute, and a good size for my daugher’s dorm room. However, the way that it locks, having to put the two zippers into a clip at the same time is a little bit of a pain. I can see my daughter getting frustrated and not locking up her valuables, or thinking it is locked but one side of the zipper not catching. I might have to buy a small luggage zipper lock, but that was not how it was supposed to be. I wish it were more like a suitcase locking mechanism.

And I got the smallest one but I like it for what it is. It's really cute and it seems pretty durable. I questioned the fire part but I mean maybe if somebody shoots a flamethrow at you you could use it as a shield lol but I don't see it actually surviving a California wildfire.

i was looking for a storage for under my desk at work, that would be discreet and can hold all my personal belongings (extra shoes, walking shoes, cardigan, etc) it was easy to carry from my car to my half mile walk to work. So easy to setup although I haven’t changed the security code yet. Now it discreetly hides my stuff plus I have a very comfy foot rest under my desk, it’s easy to pull it out because of the handy dandy handles, and people can’t tell it’s a safe if I turn it around and have the combination lock towards the back. I highly recommend and I’m buying them as gifts!!!

These storage ottomans are nice for dorm rooms. They function as extra seating as well as storage for important documents. My daughter uses hers to step up onto to get to her raised bed in her dorm.

My son used this for a month and the zipper is broken and the side broke today as he was getting into bed.

The doc safe thing, is obviously for honest people. you can quite easily get past this lock, but it is a nice feature. Needed something that was sit onable (its a word today). 200lb guy regularly uses it as a sitting spot. the lock for the doc safe. Total Hassle. You have to get the 2 zipper ends into the lock slides, and I am sure with practice it might get easier, but yeah, total hassle. Really the reason for the lock would be to keep like little hands out of it. otherwise, there is a zipper that goes around, meets in the middle at the lock and that is enough to keep it from tipping over and stuff falling out, that sort of thing. Have had it a few months, it gets quite a bit of use, and is holding up quite nicely and again, was quite perfect for our needs. I do reccommend.

It's sturdy and well designed. I'm currently using it for storing CDs that I haven't organized yet, but may use it to store vital/important papers in future.
