The clip that is underneath the base, that supposed to keep the two pieces together, keeps falling off, everytime the bed is used.

Bed base was poorly packaged, arrived damaged so was not accepted. Very rapidly replaced but this one, also poorly packed, was damaged too. My email disappeared into their system and it was only when I queried no response that they found it. However a replacement headboard was sent the next day. Base looks nice and operates well, although the base + mattress with bedding is quite heavy to lift up initially. Loads of storage underneath although as others have commented, a solid base to the storage area would have been better. The bed base is certainly bigger than the previous bed that I had. The bedhead is quite thick as is the edge at the bottom (3"); the sides are less so (2"). Clearly, this isn't sufficient of a problem unless you have limited space.

I am using this bed for less than a month, so I can't review the durability. However the bed has a good design and is very practical. The quality of the leather is good and the arms that raise the mattress works very well.The storage space is massive! The bed in fact is the rectangle shape that keeps the mattress raised from the floor. There storage is all the space left between floor and raised mattress. There is a cloth to protect the floor and there is no weight limit in the storage.

Overall we are happy with the bed.It took 4 hrs to assemble not 1 hr as suggested.The gas struts simply do not work even after force is applied , will have to use a mop handle to prop up the ottoman bed up for storage .The bed was 6 inches longer in total than the 6 ft which is awkward for us in a tight spaceIn spite of these shortcomings reasonably happy with bed

Lovely bed. I was a bit unsure about it because it was described as pvc leather and diamanté but it is actually quite subtle, tasteful and not at all out of place with my minimalistic decor. The assembly took a few hours and needed three of us at times, but we are not the strongest people so I imagine two strong people could do it easily. The mechanism was stiff at first but works very well now. Love this bed and highly recommended it.

I'd never heard of ottoman beds before & it was my partner that found this bed, so I was a little dubious. Should not have worried. The bed arrived in 2 large cardboard boxes. My partner put it together in about 2 hours and I just had to help him once, to hold the lifting frame, while he bolted it onto the base. The storage area is massive and now I can store all my bed lined in one place - it used to be in two lots of chest of drawers, plus all my new duvets & pillows. Easily accessible and the duvet cover does not get trapped when you pull the frame down (which had been one of my concerns). Absolutely thrilled with it! :-)

I love this bed. It looks nice is comfy and I love storing sheets and blankets under the mattress. It’s easy to lift and to put pack down. It’s very pretty
