Hot often? Hot flashes? Hate sleeping Hot? This cool technology blanket has been helpful and does make a difference. Keep your expectations in check, however, it is a cooling blanket not the answer to all your sleep problems.Blanket does feel cool and felt cool to the touch through the packaging even. That was surprising!I got these on sale for the whole family to try to save on energy this summer by not running the AC as much. I bought the snowflake pattern, because that was what was on sale… they are on sale because the snow flake pattern looks kind of dumb in the middle of the summer.. or really anytime if you are an adult.I do not feel it would necessarily be worth buying these full price, so I would not have bought a different pattern other than the snow flakes. This was a sale buy only for me. Also, I do not love the patterns of the other styles either, so they may want to so wider making them cuter or better looking.Soft material though! I like the way the material feels, very soft! Also it feels slightly weighted, and that is comforting and comfortable… though baffling that being weighted, using it does not cause you to feel more hot.Do they work? Yes. They do give a cooling sensation; slightly cooler than the “cool side of the pillow” feeling. Very pleasant and helpful.After using it for a bit the cooling sensation starts to fade - but if you flip it around or move it a bit, it then feels cool again. Also, make sure you are using only the “cold side” against your skin. Both sides do not cool, only onesies does. It would be awesome if it stayed cool on its own the whole time without moving it eventually, k however, that would require it is be electric somehow.So, I would buy them again at the sale price, they do help some. I would not buy full price and I am not a fan of the patterns, especially the snowflake/sale pattern. I would not enjoy keeping these out in my room, when I am not currently using it, where people… or I… could see it. I like using it at night though!

This is such a strange product. It stays cool to the touch like advertised. It seems to work better when it touches skin. Especially if there's a fan or mild breeze blowing on it.Here's the cons: It has a strange weight to it. I know this won't make sense, but it feels like a dry version of a wet blanket or towel. It wraps around you, and stays on you without necessarily "sticking to you."So I deducted a star because if you toss and turn a lot, your skin won't necessarily "slide" under this blanket like it would a normal blanket. And you'll end up with a wrapped-around-you-mess of a blanket.I may try to safety pin this in the corners of my bed, just to help keep in from moving so much.It's a cool, unique product. I would definitely buy another one, and I would recommend it to friends. I didn't necessarily expect it to work, but it mostly does. So if you're on the fence, I'd definitely pick one up.

Very light weight and silky feeling. It does seem to be helping with night sweats.

This has been a life saver for my hot flashes and night sweats. I was skeptical at first but I sleep with this blanket every night! My 2 cats even like laying on it because it’s cool to the touch. I already recommend this to a friend and she ABSOLUTELY loves it as well!!

In fl it's hot like always hot most comforters are to thick amd heavy but the sheets are too light and thin this is a perfect solution for that problem it's heavy enough but light enough and the fabric itself stays cool love it

Since I received this blanket, I have slept with it every single night and it’s been able to keep me from getting really hot at night, which is a huge help.

Like everyone says, I don't know how it works but it does! It feels like polyester so you would think the opposite but it really keeps me cool! Very slippery and you must put it in a dryer bag when washing and drying, otherwise get so tangled, you can hardly get it undone...

I sleep better having blankets on me, but I also get very hot/warm especially during the warmer months. I purchased this in hopes that it keeps me cooler when the weather warms up. It's doing its job! I also purchased the pillow cases. They're perfect. I use a flat sheet, then this cooling blanket and then a light fleece blanket on top. It's perrrrrfect! I am 1000% happy with it.

Cuando llegó, se sentía fría al tacto y hasta me emocioné. Vivo en clima extremo (veranos de más de 40C), por lo que cuando llegó la hora de dormir, la cobija estaba caliente!!!! Tal parece que adopta el clima que hay. Al prender el AC, baja algunos grados por fuera, y sigue “no tan fresca” por dentro. Quizá en otros climas menos extremos funcione mejor
