Definetly keeping a can in the camper now
I purchased this 14 oz can of white Flex Seal to repair some cracks on my popup camper’s roof after I accidentally backed into a tree. I was worried about the damage, but this product ended up being the perfect solution for the situation. It went on very easily, and I’ve been impressed with how well it holds up; after 34 days, there are absolutely no signs of peeling or poor adhesion. Most importantly, I haven't seen a single leak from the repaired spot since I applied it. It’s also incredibly discreet, as I can hardly even see where the damage was anymore. It worked perfectly to hide and fix my mistake, and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out.

Great product. Easy to apply.
I used this rubber sealant to repair a galvanized planter that had rusted through in one small area. Very happy with the outcome. This is a great product.

For the right job, it's the tool
Left no room for doubt that this is liquefied rubber in an aerosol. Be careful to get the Right Tool for the job. Check their "store" on Amazon- interesting discoveries there. For waterproofing / moisture barrier I would consider this again if a thin layer is adequate. May need to develop some application "technique" in some instances. My unusual situation involved some gaps that were worse than I anticipated. It's thin. Layering onto partially dry base layers to bulk it up did work but it's tricky until you find the way. I should have had silicone caulk on hand too but this seals hairline gaps nicely. With clear version, it's hard to see what's happening & to avoid waste or a running mess. Clogging is not a problem you'll likely have. As you might expect, liquid rubber involves intense solvents. You cannot over ventilate when using this. Plan ahead if using indoors.

order four times as much as you think you might need
I guess this product works okay. But order four times as much as you think you'll need. I have a small Hut with just four asphalt shingles. To prevent the asphalt pebbles from falling off, I thought I would seal them in with this. Two cans didn't do it. That's pretty unbelievable. I wish I'd ordered four

Good stuff!
This stuff hardens like concrete. Should keep the rain off the porch and in the gutters like wanted. Coated both sides and the bottom of gutters.

not for foundations
This is my second time using Flex Seal product, and I find it easy to apply. Trying to seal gap between my cement patio and brick wall of house. I first used Black Flex seal, that seemed to go on well until it was about 3/4 empty or so, and then didn't spray out well, just sputtered like it was empty. Still big cracks, so I put backer rod in. Now, 3 weeks later I got a can of GRAY flex Seal to better match the concrete. Tried spraying over backer rod and seal everything. I see that the black seal has pulled away from my house, leaving gaps, and the gray goes on like spray paint, not thick at all, so it just runs. 3/4 the way thru the can, and it is sputtering also...the gaps are still very evident there...I cannot recommend this product. I guess if you want to seal your leaking gutters seams it may work for that, but not foundation gaps.
