Oneida 895952 Terrazzo Melamine Mint 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Lightweight Melamine Material

I love the look of these plates, they have a “handmade” type feel with the uneven edges and great looking pattern. While lightweight they are not flimsy at all and can handle being dropped and shuffled around. I was frustrated that the highlights section of the listing said microwave safe, but the plates come with a sticker on them that says NOT microwave safe. A quick internet search confirmed Melamine is not microwave safe. Amazon’s highlight section is not the product or manufacturer’s fault, and I would still buy these again.

I bought two sets, one in white and one in green, after visiting a rental property that had them. As soon as I saw them, I knew I had to find them! These are not good to microwave for more than maybe thirty seconds, as they get hot, which seems typical for melamine. I liked the thickness of the material, so that they aren't thin and flimsy. Great value for my money. Dishwasher safe. They're beautiful plates/bowls. When I received them, they felt like they had a weird powdery finish on them, but it washed off, so I'm presuming it was from the packaging. I highly recommend purchasing!!

I ordered these for our airbnb where I wanted to provide plateware that won't break, but also provide an elegant look. These plates are sturdy, just the right size and provide a modern-looking plate set that compliments my stoneware set. I would definitely order again.

I really like these - bought them for my grandson who is off on his own this fall. Unfortunately, one of the plates arrived broken even though there was no damage to the shipping or packaging. My only option was to return them, but I decided to keep them anyway. He'll get plenty of use from the other pieces.

Disappointed with this set. The plates arrived scratched and covered in a strange film that still hasn't come off after four careful hand washes. While it's labeled as dishwasher safe, it's only safe for *the top rack*—which the plates don’t fit—so it’s essentially hand-wash only. For the price, you can get a microwave-safe ceramic set that feels much higher quality. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I love these! I bought them for my RV. They look so much nicer than most plastic dish ware. I do wish they were microwaveable though.

Good quality, modern designed, very light weight. Unfortunately, can be sed in microwave.

I ordered 2 x sets of the dinner sets, they are lovely but in one of the sets, 1 x side plate was broken on arrival (see pics)
