I would not recommend using it more than 3 times a week as very abrasive but definitely cleans feels fresh lid is truck but other than that good stuff

I am glad I found this product. I have been trying to wean myself and my family off toothpaste in tubes as the tubes represent a huge environmental issue in landfills. This toothpowder comes in a recyclable metal tin (it looks a bit like an old fashioned talcum powder tin) and that made me inclined to buy it. The toothpowder has a minty taste, it foams well and is pleasant to use. My only issue is with the way it is sealed - it is really very difficult to get through the seal without using a sharp, and potentially dangerous, implement. Each time I start a tin I worry that I will sever a finger whilst gaining access to the contents!

Love this toothpaste! My grandmother had brought some back from India years ago. Although I wouldn’t imagine it’s an everyday toothpaste as it really gets rid of stains so couldn’t imagine it would be good for your teeth in the long run.

The item was unsealed and the inside of the package covered in powder. First impression is this is a tin that has been refilled. As a result I have complained and requested a return.

Need only a dash og colgate powder. Creates a form when brushed. Feels cleaner and brighter

This tin arrived with a dent in it and a leak resulting in a constant escape of powder which has caused some mess in the bathroom.The taste is not unpleasant, but I found the dry powder difficult to deal with in my mouth. As a result, I passed it on to a friend who has dentures, and he has not complained!

I use this for travel by putting in to small pots to save on liquids. Only need a tiny bit on the brush so saves taking a whole tube of toothpaste

The product itself is ok to use, if you pour the powder into a smaller, flatter, sealable container, otherwise it's likely to be a pain to try and pour the powder from the tin directly on to your brush. The initial opening of the sealed plastic lid is a nightmare. I tried poking a sharp knife and then turning it but i was worried tat small pieces of plastic might end up getting mixed in with the powder, so i then poked a skewer in to widen the hole. The whole plastic list doesn't easily come off to make the job any simpler.Some people have mentioned on here about the powder being out ofv date but on my tin it clearly shows that it's a manufacturing date, not a use by date on it.I will consider whether I to buy this again when i get nearer to finishing the tin

My grandmother used to use this years ago. I saw it on Amazon and thought I'd give a try. I use regular (fluoride) toothpaste in the morning and evening and use this powder for the mid-day brush. The powder doesn't have fluoride. I have been using it for three months and last week I went to my dentist for a six-month cleaning. The hygienist asked my what I had done differently since my last checkup because she said that I had practically no staining and no plaque buildup. She said she felt "guilty" because she spent less than 15 minutes on my teeth. That surprised me because I'm a 4-5 cup-a-day black coffee drinker. Not to mention I like my red wine too. The ONLY change was I switched from paste to this powder after lunch. It tastes great too. Sort of wintergreen flavored.

Me ne aveva regalata una confezione la mia guida in India per pulire l'argento e per questo motivo l'ho comprato.La premessa è d'obbligo per chiarire che anche se è arrivato scaduto (come segnalavano molti clienti) a me non importa.Per l'argento è perfetto, per i denti non lo userei.

This is a great product. I remembered using tooth powder as a kid and when I found out it was still around albeit in India I had to get some. No more gooey mess and so easy to recycle. Great service from Indian Herbals too. Might take a while but worth the wait.
