Doesn't work, zero tech support
The media could not be loaded. It powers up and the display just flashes. It evidently comes preset to 70° cool/ low fan. It does operate, but the buttons don't work so it can't be adjusted. Operating instructions are terrible. Even if I'd done something wrong or made mistakes trying to operate it, I've been trying for days and can't get a response from tech support. Useless.

Bought for wrong A/C but seems suitable.
I bought this for the wrong RV A/C brand but it was easy to wire and seems like it would work for the other brand. It is small and light and feels a little cheap but overall would have done the job if my A/C was right.

This thermostat functions perfectly but lacks a back light screen. If that is an issue then buy a different unit.

Big Mistake
The product failed from the beginning. Instruction's are very hard to understand and even worse to manage the product after install. After install, product did not work and no backlight on screen, had to use flashlight to read it, even in broad daylight. Wasted my money...

Quick and easy install. Works as advertised.
This was an identical swap for an older analog unit. All 6 wires wiring was a direct swap out. Even the mounting holes lined up. Thermostat is accurate and cycles exactly on the observed settings. The differential temp is adjustable and I set this one to 2 degrees. Perfect. I'm very happy with this unit for function and reasonable price. A backlight feature on the display would be great but is not present on this model.

Went from analog to digital and installed exactly as the old one. Only downfall is there's no backlight, but I can live with that.

Pretty decent upgrade from the old analog style.I would agree with one of the other reviewers, screen is a little tough to see in a dim/dark room. Could easily build a revision with a small back light.
