Not for Me
Well, it's definitely interesting. Very poky. You would need to be in a pretty zen place to appreciate this mat and pillow. Unfortunately, I have not achieved that state. The mat is not sewn well, the side is coming apart ( came that way) . I tried it, and am not a fan.

real deal acupuncture mat
I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this but it really feels good. When laying down I can feel the different pins hitting against my back. You would think it would be painful with how sharp it is but it felt really nice. I used it with a shirt on but I can imagine it might hurt shirtless. I laid on it for 10 minutes and felt a rush from it. Very cool experience and would recommend
