Does exactly as it says. Inexpensive and what I really like is the size, neither too small or too big, just perfect for wrapping muscle strains

These are great thermal packs. My wife has a knee problem and is using these as cold/ice packs to try to reduce swelling. So far they have really helped and they are easy to mould to shape around the knee even straight from the freezer. Not tried as a heat pad yet. Great value twin pack.

I was disappointed with this ice pack .Was bigger then I thought and not that flexible also bought a roll of velcro to secure it onto my wrist which I struggled to do myself and it was just not bendy enough It felt quite heavy on my wrist and not as secure I can't seem to find anything suitable when looking for wrist ice packs with maybe straps already on that would be the right size

The quality of these packs are fantastic which I didn't expect for the price, I pop them in the freezer for an hour and they are cold enough but stay flexible so your able to bend it to any curve, I've bought them to help bring down the swelling from hand surgery. It's great that I have a 2 pack because I'll also be using them for hot and cold therapy once I start my physio.
