Love this Real Barrier Porebium Powder Wash (50ml/1.76 Fl Oz)! My skin felt great after using this; exfoliated in a gentle way and soft, not dry at all. Scent-wise, it's not exactly scent-free, but also not fragranced. The bottle itself only has Korean text, so if you toss the box with the English directions, just remember that you only need to use a coin-sized amount. They say to create a lather with your wet hands, but don't expect huge bubbles. It's more of a milky, just slightly bubbly liquid once activated with water. But trust me that your skin will feel amazing after washing with this. Normally I always use oils & moisturizers right after washing my face, but I wanted to see how my skin would feel using just this exfoliating powder. Even like an hour later, my skin feels surprisingly hydrated & baby soft, and I haven't even applied my other skincare products yet.

This powder cleanser works well.I have been using it for more than one month and I’m satisfied with it.It cleans my skin very well and after using it my skin feels fresh and soft.I have oily skin and it’s suitable for my skin type.But the price is too much for this size.

Great exfoliating powder

This cleansing powder arrived quickly and well packaged with no spills in transit. The bottle is relatively small, but a little does go a long way providing you are using it correctly. You simply pour a small amount in one hand while you wet the other and then rub them together to form the cleanser. There is a little bit of a smell from whatever is in it, however it isn’t overwhelming. With initial and proper use, there was no reactions or irritation on my sensitive skin. This is suggested to only be used 1-2 times a week. If you overuse it then you will likely experience dryness and flaking so make sure to find the sweet spot that works best for your skin type. I definitely feel that this does do a great job of breaking down dirt and impurities and it rinses off well. My face is left feeling clean and soft to the touch, and I follow up with my regular moisturizing routine. The price point for this powder cleanser is on par with other similar products of the same amount. Overall, this is a nice product that can help give you a deep cleanse without overdrying out your skin. Would recommend.

When I first started to use it, I really loved how it felt. It was similar to the Dermalogica exfoliants that I loved using in the past. With that, I was using it every night when I wash my face. After several days, my skin started feel really bad, it was dry, flaky, and clearly having some kind of reaction to it.Since the bottle and the packaging are in mostly Korean, I couldn't understand much of what it says, and I couldn't figure out exactly what ingredients are in them. My skin didn't like whatever the ingredient(s) in this. After I stopped using it, my face calmed down, and went back to normal.Too bad because I really liked how it felt when I was using it.

Somewhere in the description, the seller states that you should start by using it only 1-2 times per week depending on your skin type... at least I think that's what they mean? Either way, that's how I've been using it and I'm finding it to be pretty effective this way (my skin is a bit finicky and gets irritated easily if I exfoliate too often anyway).It's a bit tricky at first to get just the right amount of powder without adding too much water. I pour the powder into my hand (coin sized amount), then dribble a little water into it with my finger tips. The powder dissolves really quickly, but the exfoliation comes from what's in it (I'm not entirely sure where the magic comes from because I'm no good at deciphering ingredients) and not from scrubbing with something abrasive, though they say you can make a thicker, physically abrasive version of it by adding less water. I always seem to add too much water to try that method.After using this my skin feels really fresh and clean. It does help to clean out my pores, though I still have some yuck in the pores on my nose afterwards so maybe don't expect miracles. Who knows, maybe my skin is just extra gross. After using it for a couple of weeks, I've actually noticed some surprisingly beneficial changes to my skin. My impossible-to-budge smile lines are actually noticeably reduced, and my skin is developing more of a glow. I believe this is probably from the exfoliation allowing my products to penetrate deeper into my skin. Whatever it's doing, it's working.I've only been using this for a short while and I'm worried that, given enough time, the exfoliants may be enough to break down my skin barrier. They claim it's gentle enough that it won't do that, but I've heard it all before lol. So far, I haven't experienced any irritation whatsoever though, so I have hope. The positive effects of this powder on my skin are enough for me to keep going despite my worry, so for now, it gets all 5 stars.

I like the concept of this powder facial wash. The first time I used it I was surprised at how well it foamed up and was quite a good exfoliator. It did dry my skin out a bit but that's a little expected since it does exfoliate. The scent is a bit odd, kind of chemical smelling but not anything too bad. This is great for travel since you don't have to worry about spilling liquid everywhere. Even if this spils, you can just vacuum it up or shake the powder off.
