These work well. Easy to install. I put mine on 5 gallon buckets. I like the caps for the ports. We have insanely huge rats I do not want to feed - so I put the caps back on every night. I do have some hens and roosters that still manage to make a mess with these, but it’s not as bad as it was.I like that it comes with the right drill bit too!

I was able to make two chicken feeders from these. Easy to drill holes, and install . I used old cat litter buckets

Good value
They definitely do the job. Chickens will still make a little mess and pull feed out and onto the ground though, but no where near as much with open feeders. The inner plastic coupler threads are not made to be screwed down super tight, so don't over tighten them. A flat container or barely rounded container is best (large trash can) so to get a good, flat seal, because they are fairly large. Chickens are using them and figured them out quickly

Great Chicken Feeder Ports
I used these at the bottom of a 20 gallon trash can for my chicken feed and they work awesome. They were super easy to install and the chickens love using them. We have less wasted food than before and no issues with anything getting to their feed.
