Works immediately
I recieved this and immediately tried to install it with my Sony TV. I couldn't use my old remote since my dog bite it and the buttons are stuck.I took the battery out from my original remote for my TV and put it into this remote. I press the remote and my TV turn on. The buttons work. But I still follow the instruction to sink it with my Sony TV.

Purchased 2 and both have the same issues
I can control the volume and directional pad but the power, settings, and all other buttons do not work. Bought two snd both controllers don’t work..Feel scammed.

Ummmmmmmm
Well let me start by saying this remote is horrible especially for the price. I bought this 'cause my daughter lost our remote And this was the same remote. We had well only a few of the buttons work. And those buttons don't even work very well. You have to constantly hit those buttons multiple times to get it to work. I don't understand why people sell stuff like this. I would not recommend getting this one

Tough buttons
Needed a replacement remote since my golden retriever pup decided to eat my other one. This remote does what it needs to. Giving it only 3 stars because you need to push the buttons multiple times or very hard for it to actually work.

Cannot pair my Sony TV for voice control
The media could not be loaded. Can control tv, but can’t pair the blue teeth that the tv screen freezes there. Use this remote cannot control at all the up and down at all. Then cannot use voice control. Other looks ok.

Unresponsive without multiple tries
This remote is identical to the Sony supplied remote, however, it is not very responsive. I have to press the buttons multiple times, very hard for the TV to receive a signal. This leads to a very frustrating experience using my television. I ultimately ended up buying a replacement from Sony directly. Waste of money, in my opinion.
