Quality, comfortable chair that will last for years!
The hardest part of assembling the chair was moving the box (it was quite heavy), and unpacking the parts (they were packed very well). The assembly was a breeze. The chair is SOLID, not a plastic disposable chair like most office supply stores sell. It is very supportive, comfortable, and adjustable. Solid metal frame, firm cushioning, supportive. Love this chair!!!

I wanted to love it, but...
This has good reviews online. I wanted to love it, but unfortunately, sitting in the chair isn't a good match for my body. Not for my posture, SI lower back, neck, or legs. I'm medium weight, under 5'5".Pros:-Materials, well made, it's beautiful (I ordered the Mist)-Adjustable seat back-Height adjustments-Seat adjustmentsCons:-Arm rests are a few inches too high at the lowest setting, and are too tight in without the ability to push them out/away. Removing them solved this.-The seat shape, like most office chairs these days, is contoured with a dip for the butt, and overall slopes down toward the back. Which seems to work for some people. For me, the dip and backward downward slope is hard on my lower back/ SI joint, it cuts off my circulation where it rises toward the front resulting in tingling feet and legs. I find I'm hunched forward. The foam is odd, soft but hard at the same time. I wonder if it's made with memory foam. I hate memory foam.If I sit on the front edge of the seat, with no arm rests, it's okay for a little while. The front edge of the seat I'm able to sit up straight. But sitting back in the chair, I ended up with SI back pain no matter how I adjusted it, and tingling legs.I really wanted to love it. Wish there were chairs with a good conventional foam that is not contoured, or sloped back, and neutral to fit anyone's backside. I think I need a flat seat with good cushioning if not a slightly forward slope. This is a really well made chair. On par with much more expensive chairs. I ordered the Mist and it's lovely. The seat adjusts low for people with short legs. The lumbar adjustment is nice. Lack of arm rest adjustment and the way the seat is contoured were the deal-breakers for me. Lots of people love it and find it supportive.Sadly, will have to return it.

Comfortable and elegant
This chair is a bit expensive but once you sit on it, you can tell why it is priced the way it’s priced. I am 5.4, petite and this chair fits perfectly to me. The cushion is soft and has a bit of bounce to it, like using a new pillow. You get to decide the back and seat distance. It hugs and holds my back perfectly for my long hours of working.I see only 2 drawback for me and that is, #1 if the seat width would have been a bit bigger, this would be a perfect chair. (I like to sit in a lotus position while working). Given the price, I was shooting high.#2 I had to buy the head rest separately making the total of this chair - $600

Love This Chair
I've had this chair for about a month now. It was pretty easy to put together except the silver metal piece on the chair back (that is supposed to fit into the seat) was a bit too big to slide into that slot. I had to put the outside piece over it and force the screws in. I did get them tight. It is a very very comfortable chair and I love that I can lean back in it. I got the coral one, and I've noticed that I've scuffed the legs in a couple of places and the paint has come off, showing silver through. I'm wondering if Branch has a touch up paint I can get. Overall, it is a great chair.

Mediocre chair ; worse company
I had two major complaints one with Branch in general and one with the chair:The chair: I’m 6’2” 220 lbs and it’s just not comfortable. It’s as comfortable as a generic office max 100$ chair. Definitely not worth the price. The arm rests are so dumb. They’re elbow rests at bestMy wife is 5’ 2” 100 lbs and she described it as the same so it isn’t just because of my size. Just overall an average quality chair. I would not pay more than 150$ for it.Branch in general:I bought this chair directly from branch rather than Amazon because I wanted them to get a higher percentage of the profits. Two days later this was on a flash sale for $100 less than I bought it for. I reached out to support and asked to get the difference back or just a credit so I could buy a storage unit or something but they denied all of that and just pointed to their policy of 35$ returns. I returned the chair and bought a refurbished steel case from a retailer for less than this chair and haven’t looked back. You should cut out the middle man , save $35 of return fee man and just get something else.
