If Tassimo pods are less than 4cm in diameter and less than 3cm in height then they will fit in the drawers.

Would these stack safely and be stable?

In a word NO !, I have only a single storage drawer, The top two side edges (ref: Length of the Storage Drawer), is a radius, & the surface is smooth !. Stack them then put your coffee machine on top of that ! to me, tempting fate !.

Will this be suitably for the new Vertuoplus pods ?

In a word : NO !. The pods for a Vertuo machine are bigger in diameter & height.

Frother overflowed - some milk got inside drawer - gone rancid - smells appalling! Any tips how to clean inside as drawer non removable?

Empty drawer completely tip. Wash it in sink try water and white vinegar, dry thoroughly. Or try the Pink Stuff, check instructions though. Good Luck
