Honestly just started taking this supplement. It hasn't been more than 3 weeks but I do feel better already. No crazy side effects or gas. Getting older and need to start and finally do a better job in the health department. This is easy to mix and dissolves quickly. I drink mostly with water and a few times with pineapple juice. Its sugar free too! Cheers to better gut health and healthier days ahead! Highly recommend.

I got this prebiotic fiber to help improve and maintain a good balance of good bacteria in my digestive system.After I got covid I noticed I’m often bloated and I wanted to try this to see if improves me going to the restroom more days in the week.So far I’m not having any problems drinking since doesn’t have any taste or smell.During my week of trial I didn’t have a big improvement so I will keep drinking for a month or so and update with the results.Jar came with a safety seal and a scoop to measure.I’m currently using half of the scoop.

I received this Nature Made Prebiotic Fiber Powder to evaluate and review. It arrived in excellent condition and was delivered by the promised date.I have used Nature Made products for many years and have been very satisfied with their products, so I was eager to give this one a try. While there is really no way for me to verify if the ingredients are actually what they claim to be, I do recognize the value of dietary fiber and I can say that this prebiotic fiber powder has given me the results I expected. No surprise reactions and no negative digestive issues.This is advertised to be taste free, and it says that it easily mixes in virtually any 4-8 ounces of fluid. In this matter, let me say that they are telling the exact truth! The first time I took this, I put one scoop of the powder in about 8 ounces of water. I did not stir it at that point but turned to put the fiber powder away. I was distracted for another minute or two, so when I returned to the glass of water, I could not see anything in it at all. No residue in the bottom of the glass. No slight discoloration to the water. I honestly began questioning whether I had already added the fiber powder or not. I did not want to double up by accident, so I just drank the glass of water. No flavor whatsoever. I felt pretty sure I must have forgotten to add it to my water. SO, the next day, I made certain I was paying attention when I put a scoop of the powder in my water again. No mistake about it, and within no time, the powder had completely dissolved without me stirring it. I have never had any fiber product mix that well in anything. And equally impressive is the fact that there is really no taste! Some people have a real problem with fiber powders that are gritty or taste bad, but this Nature Made Prebiotic fiber powder completely eliminates those issues.I think this is an effective aid for your digestive health, it is produced by a very reputable company, it seems to be priced reasonably, and it is one of the easiest fiber powders to use, even for anyone who generally objects to some of the common characteristics of fiber. I give this FIVE STARS, and I do recommend it. I hope this review has been helpful.

No complaints to report thus far. Trying it instead of fiber pills and seems to be just fine.Some issues with the powder mixing. A shaker bottle might help with this as a puff of powder in your drink can be less than ideal.As for the fill line and the product being so low, I can imagine this product might be fluffed up a bit when it's being dumped in. Likely all that extra air space for settling, expansion/contraction, and at it's worst: to appear a greater value? Not a huge deal but I can see why some might get frustrated when their product is half empty.If wheat isn't an issue for you, and you want to try a fiber supplement this isn't too expensive either.

I love Nature Made products and have been using the brand for years. I am not really sure how to judge i this is incredibly beneficial or not.But two things I noticed - 1) the instructions state to use one scoop in liquid but it does not state if this is a once a day thing or if you can use it more than once a day (or how many times) and 2) none of the photos show the portion of the label showing that the ingredient is Wheat Dextrin. if you have a wheat sensitivity, you may not be able to use this product.

I added to to my iced coffee and my wife's hot coffee, the powder dissolved well in both temperature and it didn't change coffee taste at all. We intend to use the powder as backup for those days that we don't have enough fiber intake.On the side of the label marked "Actual Fill" indicates how much of powder this container obtains. And I'm really curious why use almost twice as big of the tub to have it only half filled?

Nature Made Prebiotic dissolves well in a hot liquid and so I’ve made a habit of mixing it into my morning coffee every morning. On the other hand, Nature Made Prebiotic doesn’t mix well into a cold drink. I tried adding some prebiotic fiber to my mango juice and the fiber ended up clumping at the bottom of the glass.This prebiotic fiber helped me with regularity, so it’s definitely effective. There isn’t any flavor to it. My coffee tastes the same as before.
