Great Case to Hold Wheelchair Batteries in Airplane Cabin
My wife and I each have foldable powered wheelchairs designed for air travel. The wheelchairs are an AirHawk and a Porto Mobility Ranger Discovery both of which are sold on Amazon. There are international rules for carrying lithium batteries on planes. One of the rules is that wheelchair batteries be removed from the wheelchair and carried in the cabin if the wheelchair has to go into the hold, they must also be protected from shorting out to prevent over heating and possibly catching fire. This case meets those requirements. To comply with this requirement I needed a case for the four batteries which are 22x4x1.5 inches each. After an extensive search both on Amazon and on the internet this was the only case I found that came close to accommodating our batteries. This case is slightly short for the batteries. They go in which distorts the case slightly but the case can still be zippered shut except for one end as shown in the images. That is OK, the batteries are still protected. The case is fireproof and well made. The price is acceptable and inline with similar cases. I recommend this case to anyone that needs a case for the style of battery we have.

Just incase!
I purchased this case for my drone batteries. I like the piece of mind of added protection!

Adds convenience and safety to your trip to the flying field.
The Colcase Lipo Safe Bag is a pretty handy item to have out at the field. It's a nice container that stores (and arrives) in a surprisingly small form factor, but easily holds a day's worth of lipos safely for transport.Design- The lipo safe bag arrives with the sides folded in, but unfolds to a roughly 8x6x5 form factor. The case has a pretty rugged looking double zipper that gave me no issues during the duration of my testing. The whole bag has the feel of an insulated lunch sack, and offers a decent layer of insulation between you and a flaming battery without skimping on battery capacity. The handle, while an overlooked feature, adds another layer of convenience and safety by giving you something aside from the insulation to hold onto, a nice feature the manilla envelope style battery bags sorely lack.Functionality- This bag easily holds a day's worth of flying time for trainer or 1.4m warbirds. In my case, it holds 4 3s2200s, 2 4s 1400s, and 2 4s3000s without having to stack lipos on each other, so there's plenty of room to add more. In general, this is much nicer than my usual strategy of throwing a half-dozen loose, charged Lipos into the trunk and hoping to find them all again The double zipper is quite nice for charging. As charging is usually one of the more vulnerable times for lipo fires, i pull my other batteries out, put a couple of charging packs and the charge leads into the lipo safe bag, and seal it (mostly) with the double zipper, a novel design.Safety- This case has a thick layer of insulation material and a very nice zipper, keeping a raging lithium fire a good pace from your hand. Because of the zippered design, i doubt this is "Explosion proof", but it will definitely buy you critical time to get the batteries or yourself to safety.Cons- There's really not much i had issues with. I've had manilla envelope style lipo bags for a few years, but never really used them, they seemed needlessly bulky and perhaps not useless, but questionable with their velcro seal and lack of holding options. This takes up a smaller footprint in your car than the flat lipo bags, but holds quite a bit of stuff, has a better sealing mechanism in a metal zipper, and the handle on the top is a nice touch for general convenience and carrying.Conclusion- The Colcase Lipo Safe Bag fills a few roles in one package. It acts as a storage and organization system, and also as a fire safe bag. It easily holds an average day's worth of lipos in one place, in a form factor that's familiar and convenient. The double zipper is very nice and allows this to feed charging cables in while keeping a good seal around the rest of the bag. If you're looking to keep yourself, your vehicle or your workshop just a little safer from a lipo fire, and keep your batteries in one place, this is a great item to have on hand.

Nice for the price.
I was looking for a lipo bag with a shoulder strap to transport lipos. I do wish it had dividers, but still for the price works great.

Very good bag at a very good price
The Colcase Lipo Safe Bag is a very good lipo bag that can hold a good quantity of batteries. I fit four 3200mah 3s batteries attached to a balance board and put them (including the balance board) in the bag. Less than an hour later they were fully cooked and ready to come out! And I don't mean they caught fire! The bag has a carry handle which is convenient when the dual zipper is closed and it's large enough to fit almost any size battery. It also collapses down flat so it's very convenient to place in a field or tool box to take to the field. The one issue I see is when connecting batteries directly to the charger (not through a balance board), there may be a limited length of wires coming from the battery (charge and balance wires) not allowing the batteries to lie flat in the bag. With the way I charge and not using balance connector extensions, the battery has to be close to the charger. Therefore, you have to have the battery wires protruding from the bag through a gap in the zipper and then connect to the charger so the bag will have to be close to the charger. I would like to see a port or hole in the lower portion of the battery from which the battery wires can be routed to the outside to connect to the charger. Even better, have the option to purchase a balance board in various types of connectors to connect batteries to INSIDE the bag and then have the charger connections on the outside of the bag.Another enhancement can be a battery divider system so one can transport and store batteries in the bag. Sure, a divider system can be fashioned or the battery connectors can be covered to prevent shorts, but a divider system sold with the bag may be a great option that I would certainly purchase.Overall, for the price, this is a good lipo safe bag that will come in handy for a long time. I am more at ease when charging lipos in this bag when I have to step away for a few minutes. It's much safer than charging the batteries out in the open. The true test of this bag I hope to never experience, is if a battery decides to go up in flames. More to come on that if it ever happens!

It's been a year and it's still holding up
I've had this bag for about a year and as a bag, it's holding up pretty well. I cannot test it's durability in fire or explosion because......why would I?
