ARB0750003B Differential Cover

Love it. Well made, rugged and looks good. Exactly what I was looking for.

Bomb proof. Always wanted these for my Jeep JK D44 and D30 axles. Finally did it and so glad I did. Used the LubeLocker gaskets, and followed the ARB instructions exactly for etching the level indicator on the dipstick, went on flawless and works really well. Makes filling and checking level very easy, and they look so, so, good ... very happy and glad I finally spent the money on these. The fit and finish is beautiful, and very, very durable.

Definitely get these if you like the look and want a solid piece of iron. I certainly do. Remember though there are drain plugs in the axle itself (both front and rear). So if you are getting these just for the plug so you don't have to remove the whole cover there is one already there. The dipstick is a nice feature.I have changed many, many differential covers and never had one leak. Use RTV (it's what the factory uses) sealant and torque to 25 lbs. Paying extra for a rubber gasket is not necessary.Tolerance is very close to gears. Had me a little concerned at first but not to worry!

Sealed up with ta-357, has a dip stick you need to mark. It's a very heavy and thick cover. Add a bit of unsprung weight if that's a concern, but not in my case. This cover should last for the life of the vehicle

another reviewer mentioned it and I'm confirming. if you put it on a front axle with leaf springs ( such as my scout axle on me CJ) you will have to trim off couple lobes to fit. good news is there is plenty of metal left afterwards for a strong cover still. just be aware this will be needed for this type setup. otherwise super beefy and the magnet drain plug is STRONG.

Good cover but high price point. Had to clearance the inside of the cover near the top plug to clear the factory air lines on my tj rubicon. More clearance for Currie aftermarket steering than the ruff stuff cover I had. Oil dip stick is easy to use and set up too.

I recommend using Lube Locker gaskets with these. The install was very easy with the only "challenging" part is tightening some of the bolts on the front differential due to limited space but it can be done. They look amazing and have held up to some pretty rocky trails.
