Happy to find Pom juice in capsule form. Easier than finding juice that tastes good and just effective.

Only had this for a little over a week and it appears to be working. One critical comment .... the literature describing how to take and use the product should have been shipped with the product.

This is the best Pomegranate extract to use, and from this brand. I've been taking it for almost a month, and I sense a big difference with my emotional, mental & physical health. Well if you don't know the overall health benefits, just watch it on YouTube.

Pomegranate is difficult to find in capsules and due to its many benefits I take I conveniently in capsule form. This capsules had the same results as all pomegranate products I have tried. I will be ordering more in the future.

I have always been a fan of Solaray products, and still continue to buy their supplements, vitamin C, multi, you name it. Sadly, the bottles of this Pomegranate extract really smelled bad, like rancid oil or something. I searched and have read other reviews where people state that they called and talked with Solaray, and that they changed up their manufacturing process, maybe something about rice in the process, and that the smell is due to the new process. I don't know much about manufacturing supplements, but rancid is rancid. My wife took a whiff and told me I was crazy if I take them. Sorry Solaray, I hope I don't purchase other products that smell like this?

Has a funny smell and taste, we could not take it long enough to say if it worked. I did not trust it.
