Being a ckd sufferer, it is a never-ending search for no salt seasonings. Dash marinades have no salt and no potassium. They do a great job of seasoning meat, fish, whatever. I'm very pleased with the results. Just wish there were more flavors!

Great option for extra flavor without the sodium. Be sure to drip off excess marinade as it becomes gummy when cooked.

I've marinated chicken in thus multiple times to make a stir fry. My kids LOVE it. It does have noticeable vinegar flavor but not in a bad way. Definitely delicious if you need to watch your salt intact but miss stir frys with soy sauce!

I am on a sodium-restricted diet, so any sauces or condiments that are low-to-no sodium are a treasure.This is very tasty and thick. It might be a bit sweet and not spicy for some people, but I mostly use it as a dip for fresh or fried spring rolls and love it. The thickness means I use less, and it doesn't drip very easily.I have used it as a sauce for cold noodles and broccoli, too. It helps if the noodles are a bit wet so the sauce thins out some.

I was excited to receive 3 bottles of marinade / dressing made without salt. I tried a little bit of each bottle after receipt and they all tasted like pure vinegar! The vinegar taste was so strong, I started coughing.Very unhappy.

I’ve been using the marinades for tofu and vegetables. Adds a nice flavor without the evil salt.

I have to watch my sodium intake. It’s great to find a salt free marinade that tastes so good.
