I am so in love with this product. I saw positive results in a couple of days of usage. I saw clear skin, more refined and toned. It is very easy to use as you can mix in any liquid, hot or cold. This Great Tasting Product Really Works!! As I transitioned to an exclusively plant-based diet, I was concerned that I might be missing on some essential nutrients. Update: I honestly can’t tell a difference I’ve been using it since November 7-2023I just got my second bottle in the mail today January 19, 2024. I’m going to keep using it just to see if it needs more time. I’m still losing my hair and my skin is the same. As for my nails, they have never been this short they’re breaking. My friend did tell me that it took about six months for her to notice a difference so I will continue to buy it to see if I see any difference. I hope this review has helped. I gave it four stars because it does not taste bad and it’s easy to take.So I bought this because a friend recommended it to me because my hair has been falling out. I have only been using it for two weeks so I can’t say if it’s working or not. I will say it’s easy to take and the taste of it is mild.

I was taking this product but decided to order the Aloe Vera and OMG it tastes awful. I will continue to using this but will not order again and will go with the lemon flavor next time.

I take a vitamin pack every day, and this is included. My nails are constantly growing and skin is not as dry anymore
