Awful. Leaks out of the joints that 'won't slip', but slip. I have to hold it in one place for it not to spray water everywhere. I would've listened to the other reviews, but thought my shower head was light enough not to slip. Amazon should really take this product off their site.

Extension is just what I needed in length & adjustability. However, there mounting method to get the arm vertical is difficult, clumsy and not very effective. I ended up buying a 30 cent thin nylon washer from Ace hardware and then it went on to the wall connection perfectly. For the price, something like this should have been included. Also, wing nuts at hinge joints a rather small, and I could not get them tight enough with my hands, so they should be bigger.

This extension doesn't have a good locking tooth mechanism to hold up a shower head. It couldn't hold up the shower head, it kept slipping down. Also, putting 20 layers of Plumbing tape on didn't help keep it up right, it kept twisting to the side. They need to come up with a better locking mechanism, and a way to adjust it.

Bought to replace a similar 12” extension. Good quality! Would be five stars but for one exception. The threaded female connection is solid. The install video recommends 16 wraps of Teflon to allow for vertical alignment. It’s low pressure and fortunately it works but occasional adjustment is needed to align. It should be a coupling design. Prompt shipping and would recommend...

The media could not be loaded. This really is a first rate, high-quality shower extension. I purchased this particular shower head extension tube because I liked the gear mesh at the articulating joint at the base. Nice design feature. This feature will ensure a rock solid platform for our large (and heavy) shower head.

Complete garbage, does not lock in place at all. Even without the shower head attached tightening it by hand and then with pliers it would NOT stay in place. I ended up buying the Delta one and it works exactly as advertised.

Good quality. Does the job. Focus on the fact that once set, the 2 parts of the arm cannot be readjusted without a pliers. So, forget about adjusting while showering.

I've had this for over a year. The length of the arm is great for my shower.I now find it loose and the arm slowly bends forward and down
