Solid grips, I trim mine, but they're perfect for price!
I buy a lot of secondhand controllers and breathe new life into them. That said, that habit can also come with its own caveats. The standard nubs on the caps generally tend to bother me, so I use cutters and trim them to bare. These work on just about any controller I've slapped them on, and they also serve as a good temporary permanent replacement if glued on as well. The one area I've experienced a lot of issues with these has been on retro Mad Catz controllers. For some reason, original Xbox Mad Catz designs don't properly support the fit.You can make them fit if the stick if already worn down, but you're still going to have to pry hard and stretch to get them to fit the way they need to.In the end, these always go on any controller I'm repairing, or pickup, and ever sit atop a lot of my modern PowerA controllers as a standard.I'd buy six more packs in a heartbeat as I'm always picking new stuff up, though it's very much about preference.Hopefully this helps, and the imagine included should further explain the stretch needed to fit Xbox controllers.

Works with Scuf Infinity 4PS - with caveats, see full review - and you can remove the little bumps
Okay, first: standard PS4 controllers work great with these. But I have a Scuf Infinity 4PS, which is a third-party controller with special features like adjustable trigger depth and paddles. And they have good thumbsticks that come in different heights, and you can swap and mix and match and all that. These pads fit those sticks, in terms of slipping on and gripping and all that. But with the _short_ Scuf sticks (the kind I use, of course), you get an issue where the added thickness of the silicon outer pad interferes with the thumbstick housing, and limits the available range of stick motion. See second photo attached to this review. This is only going to be an issue with the _short_ Scuf sticks, and shouldn't affect the tall ones, since they have a lot more height and therefore clearance.BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE TO THE STORY!There are a variety of people selling metal PS4 thumbstick replacements, like these from GameXcel ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KZKWX5O ). Those thumbsticks work _without issues_ - no R3/L3 problems - on my Scuf Infinity 4PS, and _these_ covers work on _those_ sticks, and do _not_ have the housing interference problem. They're just a little bit taller, and the silicon grip cover does _not_ touch the outer ring of the housing, and so you get full thumbstick motion range.(This has been a bit of an adventure because I love this controller and I love that they're built to make sticks easily replaceable and I quite like the short Scuf sticks but they only sell replacements in four-packs for $15, and they're fourpacks of _four different kinds_ - two tall, two short, each pair has one concave and one convex. If you can only use one of them, that means you're paying $15 per thumbstick and they admit they don't have the longest lifespans in the world. So if you're in my spot - which seems unlikely, because how rare is this combination - you have now found a solution. You're welcome. ^_^ )Oh, also:If you don't like the little bumps - I don't - they snip off perfectly with a nice pair of fingernail clippers. Press down lightly, snip, no more little bump. I did that on mine, which is why you don't see the little bumps in my photos.

Good value
These work good. Sure they can come off pretty easy if you are in an intense game. In hockey I had to just leave the left side off. But regular games they are fine. It comes with alot so pretty good value
