Do you have to screw this to the floor?

Don't waste your money!You don't have to screw it to the floor, that's not the problem. The problem is that the arm that sits against your shins bends up when sitting back.I am only 12 stone, so this piece of kit should be taking a lot more weight than that. I'm a personal trainer and thought this would a great piece of kit to add to my arsenal as the sissy squat is an excellent exercise. This doesn't work!!

No it's flat packed, but it's very simple to assemble.

It will be fine for someone of your height. The pad is adjustable. You put your calves against the pad, with the rollers against your shins for support. Then bend your knees to a seated position and hold, to strengthen thighs and glutes.
