I have a small neck but I’m slightly overweight, this fits me and stays in place but isn’t tight or snug. My husband has a thicker neck and prefers a different brand to this one and says this is too small and doesn’t cover most of his neck. I personally love the fit for me and I especially love wearing one to bed to prevent night sweats. I keep my room about 60 degrees already because I get so hot at night but I would still wake up sweating— now I sleep wearing one of these and I stay asleep and don’t wake up a sweating mess. I guess because my room is already cool this thing will stay cold for 4 hours or so during the night. Also if you have night sweats and wake up this is literally a god send to just throw on, it will immediately cool you off. It stays cool for hours indoors but it will only stay cold for so long in extreme heat outdoors. I highly recommend buying a few of these to rotate as needed, these are some of the best money I have ever spent. Please do yourself a favor and freeze this!! It works for much longer when you freeze for at least 30 mins!

When it’s hot outside and you need to stay cool -grab one of these out of the fridge and place it around your neck. The cold doesn’t last long in prolonged heat. So my advice would be to buy 3. When one gets hot, grab another, place the first back in the fridge and so on. We really like ours.

It helps better than the towels do. 110 degrees it keeps blood cooler than without it for sure. Straight out of freezer will go an hour at that temp. Other officers are jealous

I just don’t think it is worth it. I really like the idea, but the coldness of it doesn’t last long. After two minutes I can’t feel it at all. I bought this because I am perimenopausal, and I get terrible hot flashes when I’m trying to get ready in the morning. It’s annoying to blow dry my hair or put on makeup while sweating buckets. At first when you put this frozen ring around your neck it feels great, but after a couple minutes it is basically useless.

We play music at a renaissance festival. There were some brutally hot days this year. This product was part of our strategy for hot weather days.Works like it should and held up just fine. It lasts a good half hour or so and refreezes pretty quickly. It's not going to keep you 100% comfortable on really hot days but it does help.
